I waited 15 to 20 minutes to send a package to get to the counter and have the store manager start assisting someone else who was behind me in line, before helping me all the way through my transaction. Also make sure you check the information when sending anything, the store manager trys to rush you through. Luckily I didn't listen when he said to just push the green button, and double checked to find the mistake in the address. I would definitely tell anyone sending mail or parcels to go to a different FedEx or use ups. This particular person didn't seem like he like he even wanted to be there, and I feel needs to bring a better attitude to work or find a different job.

What kind of fedex office doesn’t print a document!!!!!I went there today it was a Sunday and they said they don’t print papers . Such a poor office. And Employee was not at her desk and I had to go and look for her . Such a lame place!!!
