The staff were so helpful. I was thankful they were open until 6pm on a Saturday. If you need rush shipping, it can get expensive depending on the size of the box. So the sooner you know the better

I don't know why FedEx set a Drop off here if the people of Walgreens wont acept boxer taller that 3 feet.. because they dont space in the WHOLE STORE to set a side a 4 feel tall box thing and 10 pounds heavy... bullcrap

I live in the 32829 zip code. I had a package which required a signature by fed ex. The driver never knocked on my door or rang my door bell to alert me that he was there. He left in his truck and I tried to signal him to get my package and he completely blew me off and kept on driving because he did not want to take ten seconds out of his day to provide me with my package. The package had a very expensive part I needed to fix one of my customers computers. I am very dissatisfied with the on going poor customer service that had been provided by FedEx. I will no longer be doing business with FedEx ever again!!!!!
