I have to leave this bad review to prevent anyone from using their services. I just visited to send the package, and they gave me the option to send it for 130 dollars. I asked - is it the cheapest one? - and the guy told me - yes.
Later, I rechecked the website, and that's the most expensive one.
I went back, but they had already sent it, so they told me to call the phone.
I did this and spent ~30 minutes on the phone.
And at the end, the person on the phone told me - only the store can change it.
I will never return to this store, and I recommend that you never use it anymore

everyone is always great here but todayToday Alfredo was a lifesaver. I almost printed a 80 page document on accident. Had Alfredo not caught it and waited on me to get back My bill would've been like an extra $70+ . Everyone over there is great super friendly staff very helpful.

This was my second time visiting this FedEx location. While I have no complaints about the service—the employees have been wonderful—there’s a major issue with the parking. There are only three parking spots for FedEx customers, and during my last visit, all of them were occupied. Oddly enough, there were no other customers in the store besides me.
To make matters worse, I later discovered that parking isn’t free when I found a $90 ticket on my car. The parking situation is very confusing and poorly managed.
Unfortunately, because of this, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere where proper accommodations are provided for customers. I won’t be returning to this location.

Scanners doesn't operate properly. You can't scan even 20 pages at once.

Big shoutout to Dax! Always customer oriented and willing to help. I used to pay $12 for them to print 1 page for me until Dax showed me how to work the printer myself. Now I pay $0.12 😀

Quick assistance without waiting is an understatement, Great customer service. Would recommend this location as ur go to FedEx, and ask for Lory the best customer service

I cannot brag on these two employees enough! I returned to the same FedEx I received amazing service at last year, thanks to their assistant manager Melissa! And I know she trains her employees well because Alecia took great care of me! I am in Orlando often for business, and I’d rather pay the $40 to park just so I can use the FedEx in the renaissance. The customer service is ALWAYS top tier. I hope something good happens to these two employees, they deserve it.

This store has impeccable customer service. Every order I submit is either on time OR early. They email me to clarify information and give me details if my attachments appear a certain way before they print. I never have to worry about my order in Fed Exs hands.

Amazing experience, the gentleman made it a 5-star experience , he was very helpful , instructed me about parking (which was confusing at first as u have to pay $9 to park there????) , so we parked for free thanks to him and his instructions, he printed the label for me and even gave me some sightseeing recommendations as we are tourists here , great customer service and pleasant visit! This guy deserves a promotion!

Been using this location for 20 years. The store and its employees are always 5 star. However the parking situation is ridiculous. I went in for 5 minutes today and got a $95 ticket in the lot. It’s a flat $9 to park there now, but it was free for years. Won’t be using this location anymore.
