I am extremely frustrated with the service I’ve received. I paid for Overnight Before 12 Noon delivery for a time-sensitive package, which I’ve been tracking since it was picked up in Illinois. It arrived at the Orlando hub at 9:57 AM, yet as of 2:34 PM, it is still sitting at the sorting facility and has not been delivered.
This is the second package this week that has failed to arrive on time, despite being paid for as a guaranteed overnight delivery. This pattern of delays is completely unacceptable.
I expect a full refund for this shipment, and I still expect the package to be delivered as soon as possible today. I would also appreciate an explanation as to how this continues to happen and what will be done to correct it.

This place is just horrible - it’s like the employees see customers and scatter. Went to go pick up a package for my wife, along with a POA for her and they refused to give me the package. Reporting the BBB and authorities.

*Important: photos included* Do not ever buy anything from anyone who uses FedEx. Do not ever trust anyone who would trust FedEx. A 1 star review is too generous. I would give -10000000 stars if I could.
An important package was supposed to arrive today. We waited outside for hours in the middle of July in Florida like a bunch of clowns. Then suddenly, the status changed to:
“Delivery Exception – Customer not available or business closed.”
That is a lie.
We were there.
The gate was open.
The DELIVERY PHOTO FedEx posted even SHOWS the OPEN gate.
The apartment office (DIRECTLY in front of where the van took the picture) is even OPEN until 5pm on Saturdays. They simply didn’t even attempt to deliver the package and then blamed us.
We called customer service. The first rep promised redelivery by 2 PM and told us to call back if it didn’t happen. At 1:14 PM, tracking showed the package had already been taken back to the facility. So we called again.
The second rep told us we could go to the Orlando facility to pick it up ourselves because it was open until 4 PM. We questioned that, since the FedEx website clearly says the location closes at 1 PM. He insisted it was open and told us to go.
We also asked if he could confirm with the actual facility. He said he tried calling, but no one was answering. Every rep we spoke to admitted the same thing: they couldn’t get anyone at the Orlando location to pick up the phone. Still, they told us to go anyway.
So we drove there. It was closed. Just like the website said it would be.
We called a third time. That rep claimed she was the “highest level of escalation” and told us no one else could help. She confirmed the package would not be delivered today and that we’d just have to wait until Monday.
To recap:
– FedEx lied about making a delivery attempt
– The excuse was proven false by their own photo
– Multiple reps gave us bad, conflicting information
– All of them tried calling the facility and got no answer
– They still sent us there in person, wasting our time
– No one followed up, no one fixed anything, and no one cared
This wasn’t just a mistake, it was a string of lies, laziness, and zero accountability from start to finish. No one at FedEx seems to be able to contact their own locations. No one is empowered to do anything except give you empty apologies and false promises.
FedEx is unreliable, dishonest, and broken at every level. Avoid them completely.

I understand that my package was not at this location, and that happens. However, one male staff member told me I could come back the next morning at 9 AM to pick it up. When I returned at that time, the package was actually out for delivery. It felt like he deliberately misled me and wasted my time. This was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.
