What amazing customer service! George and Malik truly went above and beyond for us. Had a time-sensitive package requiring signature that could not be delivered because my wife and I are schoolteachers. Fedex phone customer service would not help us in scheduling a pickup (kept passing us off to the sender). Customer service also told us we could drive here on a Saturday to pick up the package, but gave us the wrong closing time by 3 hrs. George from the shipping side was driving home and asked if we needed help. He got in touch with his manager Malik, and they were able to get us the package for signature, even though the Fedex store had been closed for hours. If only all customer service were like these guys. Thank you both!

I called fedex customer service twice and spoke to two different agents and they both said I can come pick up my package here today. I drive 40 minutes just for them to tell me that I cannot. This is ridiculous. It was even shipped “priority overnight” on the 22nd. Now I have to wait until the 26th… after Christmas

I paid for 2nd day, the package was supposed to deliver on a Tuesday. Iwas told the shipper gave the wrong address, I confirmed with the shipper that the address was correct and I was told there was nothing they could do but ship it to the address I gave 2 days later. On Thursday, the package was not delivered as promised. I was then told the address was incorrect. I explained the address had been updated 2 days previous and they said it would arrive the next day. It did not, by this time it is Friday. On Friday moring, I look at the tracking and now it says Monday. I spoke with someone who said they would make sure we got it before the end of the day and called back to confirm because the tracking said Monday still. That person said there is nothing they can do because the address is incorrect. I see several reviews for this local hub that say the customer has had to pick up rather than have their shipment delivered. I feel like there is an issue with the staff that leads to this problem, it needs to be addressed. If there were any other way to ship from this supplier, I would. Unfortunately, I may not use this supplier as a result.

Drop box right out front for packages already with labels. For both Express and Ground. It also has a digital sign that displays if pickup has been made yet for today.

This place is absolutely worthless, they couldn’t print one of their own labels out!! Shipping center that can’t even print its own labels out!! What a dump!

No accountability. As many people before me said so. Delivery is not guaranteed and worse even the pickup is not guaranteed either. If I could put zero stars I would. That's for people to know and avoid this location because the management doesn't care anyways

I missed my delivery cause I was in the bathroom. I called CS to request my package to be held at the station. The first time I got a rep overseas that gave me the wrong info. The second time I got a US rep. To make a long story short I went to this Hub to pick up my package and they tracked it and told me they would call when the driver brings it to the station. So they called me back and I picked it up. They didn’t have to do this, but I appreciate the extra care these ladies did for me..??♥️♥️
