I went at 4pm on a Saturday (they’re open till 6pm) and the door was locked with a sign that said “Lunch Break- back at 4:30pm.” Like they closed the entire store. I had an appointment to get to and couldn’t wait 30 min so that was frustrating. I’m all for breaks but do it in rotations so there’s always someone manning the store? I have never heard of an entire store being closed down at one of the busiest times of the weekend for a lunch break.

I had the pleasure of visiting this Fedex store location today and the staff was awesome! Unlike the UPS store near my house, they didn't gouge me for packaging materials or tape and they were very friendly and helpful. As the store got busy they handled it like pros and treated everyone fairly. Highly recommended, will go back here next time for all my shipping needs and support them.

I've found that typically, if I go into a store of this nature with an open mind and just committed to the process of waiting to be served and having my package sent off or a copy made.. things go smoothly. Being in a hurry just causes undue stress and worry. Seemed like the lady working g thus afternoon handled the 5 person que to the register with precision. Took maybe 8 min for my turn.. bada Bing .. I was outta there

very disappointed with this location. First they were trying to charge over $100 for 25 printed pages. Then when I said I would do it self service, they never informed me that the self service printers (for some odd reason) provide less quality images than if they handled it for me. So my client was highly unsatisfied and they wouldnt refund. Why would anyone want lesser quality images just because they want to do it self service? FEDEX shame on you. The image of the single ticket was printed in a $30 printer and the stack was printed on their huge self service machines. HOW IS MY $30 PRINTER PRINTING BETTER THAN YOUR INDUSTRIAL PRINTERS??????

This store did an amazing job at preparing our documents! Helen was very detailed and asked lost of questions to ensure it was done accurately and correctly! We will definitely be back!!!!
