Amazing service !! Jean was so helpful as we had an emergency to print a sign, and he was more than happy to help us and make it happen. We came from another printer that said the sign takes an hour to print and Jean did it in 7 minutes. Highly recommend

I sent items from my home in PA to be held at this FL location (HAL) to be picked up by myself for work. I arrived 3 days later to pick them up and they have already been returned to my home. Fedex policy is to hold 5 working days. Then get nothing but lies on why they were returned. After opening an investigation on the issue i get a different story every time I’m contacted by their investigation people. Totally unprofessional and worthless to file investigations. Fedex needs to wake up and get their act together. I ship like this all the time for work without issues. Beware, this location can’t be trusted!

Me and a friend went to this location to pick up printed programs for her wedding. I'm usually pretty privy with margins and measuring, but the prints we had were getting cut off at the sides. We were pretty upset because with that many prints, the money can add up quickly.
Thankfully, the Assistant Manager, Jean, was very accommodating. He was professional and super kind. We collaborated on how to fix everything, and he helped me out with getting onto the computers in the store to be able to fix everything. Once I fixed the issues, he re-printed them.
The other associates in the store were friendly to all of the other customers that came into the store.
Parking on a Sunday afternoon was easy as well. Would definitely recommend ordering from this store for next day pick ups.

Needed to send an overnight envelope. No one seemed to know what they were doing. All the machines were down or not functioning. I stood there 20 min with 2 other customers and 4 Fed X employees. Finally I gave up and left to drive to the post office to mail my package from there. I’ll never go to a Fed Ex again.

The guy try to help me when he go asked them Kati and marji said don’t help her and send her to warehouse.
They need to be fired please they need to know customer come first

This store is amazing with shipments.
Only reason for 3 stars is printing needs some work. I usually can email exactly what I want, with instruction, how many copies, a date I need it by, etc. It took over an hour to do a printing order. And I didn’t even complete all of it because I had to go. So I will get it done at a separate store. An hour is way too long for what an email can accomplish.

I’ve been to this location many times and the service is always the same. The woman working (black woman) is the assuming manager but she’s never pleasant. I came to the counter to make a purchase and was completely ignored. I stood there waiting for service while three workers disregarded my presence. Not one of them said “we’ll be with you” or anything. When I was acknowledged, the female says “she needs help” motioning to the another associate to help me. I’ve gotten use to her poor attitude but her demeanor shouldn’t be the same every time to customers. Customer service is dead!
