I worked there for a week. They kept sending people home due to not enough work. Its been over 3 weeks and I have yet to be paid when its supposed to be weekly. Ive worked for a fedex in dallas where i worked there for a few days and then left and was never paid. This is ridiculous. Then they make it impossible to reach them

My package arrived in Orlando 7 days after it was shipped. I had been tracking it, and it was moved to Homestead, then back to Orlando. After 10 days, it showed as ‘out for delivery’ for 3 days, but it still hasn’t been delivered. At the end of each day, the status said ‘rescheduled for the next business day.

FedEx is an ongoing failure. They never deliver, they just say “delivery attempted”. They don’t even try. Then when customer service is contacted, it’s hard to reach a live representative.

The way these people treat their drivers is inhumane. You want to know why fed ex is considered one of the worst companies to drive for? First off their schedules are brutal they will send you out at 2 a.m if they want. Then they burn you out with hooking and unhooking doubles and when you're burnt out from all the labor work they make you do for free theyll assign you to drive distances that will run out your clock. 14 hour workday at $200 is only $13 an hour fellas. Do t do it to yourself it's not worth your license or your life and they really don't care either way

Was told I could show up to pick up my sons gift. I drive 1.5 hours and it's not here. Nor anyone to actually help me :(

FedEx delayed my shipment past Christmas and they wouldn't let me drive to Orlando and pick it up in person. They don't provide a phone number to speak with anyone local. The Indian that answered my call was useless. Don't believe the FedEx commercials, they aren't going the extra mile for anyone.

Two star for nice staff but not five star because you need to drop trailer for unloading and parking bobtail to parking area when your trailer ready after unloading they you need to open trailer and see it they just took load but the wood pallet they leave in trailer and how you be pick up next load and where you throw out for too much stuff they leave in trailer and if you ask about where you need to drop that stuff so they said in front if bobtail parking you need to drop yourself how poor work they do if we deliver their load they need to unload whole staff from trailer but they not so everybody make sure you check your trailer before leaving from this location

This place is the Bermuda Triangle of FedEx Smartpost. They randomly hold packages back from USPS, fail to deliver them, and then refuse to allow the package to be picked up without the shipper paying more money for their own failures.

Terrible slave company to work for and violent. Fights in the Hub area and no Gatorade or anything provided after long hours of sweating and working non stop. After driving an hour to get here to work. They will tell you your shift is canceled and send you back out the door with no notice.
