Just walked in to make a return, I had my QR code with me, I waited in line and when I approached the counter Dana told me that I needed to used the little kiosk type of self service to print out my label, mind you I was in line I walked to her, now I asked “I thought you could do that at the counter” her response “now we do it like this because it takes to much time” what?!?!? Really she walked me to the little kiosk and started to explain to me how it works…. I just walked away and she mentioned I just wanted to show how it works, I didn’t say anything else, just waited for her to keep talking about the label, I didn’t argue, I just waited for her to finish and for me walk out. Mind you they were busy but I don’t mind waiting, also I don’t do self service, unless is strictly necessary. I can’t believe the poor customer service the time she took to walked me to the little scanner she would have just scanned my code print the label me having my receipt and walking out. Simple…. Not a good experience

I can not remember the sales associate name I believe Jason was such a big help and patience with a request of a photo we needed sized to a frame. He took his time to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Would recommend excellent customer service. This occurred on 2-8-25

I came into town for a work conference and had to get several materials printed last minute and this FedEx location was incredible! John and a woman on staff (unfortunately I did not catch her name) were great to work with. I was having issues with files and formatting, and they did all they could to get my project across the finish line in an efficient manner. The next day Dana helped my colleague out with another last minute print job and pick up. All in all- if you are in the Orlando area and need a FedEx willing to work with you and with ease, go here! Thanks guys! :)

You have the rudest female person ever. Heavy set woman that can’t handle stress. Ignores customers when they are only just trying to get direction about the line. She was also rude to someone on the phone. She act like she was so busy and she wasn’t. Just breathe and do your job. Will not use this place or recommend it. Beware

Store opens late, upon asking for paper to write down address. The assistant manager Ethan tosses it at me and it bounces off the scale not only are they opening, but now I'm disrespected on top of yhat.

A tall white lady was helping a custumer next to me and the custumer asked if they could ship documents to the dominican republic. The White lady immediately repsonded "That cost a lot of money. Are you sure?" The gentlemen look at a older lady with him and she nodded and he then said yes. I felt this was wrong because it seemed like she was stereotyping the gentlemen like he had no money for a international shipment. I beleive he ended up shipping the docs anyways
