We stayed home all day for 2 days when they were supposed to deliver. Both times they claimed that nobody was home. We have cameras at both doors and nobody came either day. Now they won't deliver it because they said they made three attempts. a bunch of liars.

If I ever purchase something on line I will ascertain the shipping company and if it is Fedex- I will not make the purchase. Fedex is a joke. They can never deliver on time. Their customer service lies. They have their delivery confirmation guarantee ( or at least that is what the agent, Nicole, told me). Which means absolutely nothing. You contact them and they make excuses for their incompetence. Overpaid, underperforming, absolute, TRASH! They deserve negative 100 stars.

They told me that my missing package was not at the warehouse. I asked to speak to a supervisor because it was the last scanned location of my package. After waiting about they came out with my package that they assured me wasn't there. If I would have left when they 1st told me that it wasn't there no telling how much longer it would be missing.

The MOST deficient of the delivery services IS FedEx!attempted to deliver a package... Well the first day they never showed up or left an attempted delivery slip. Came the following day and NEVER knocked or rang the bell. The driver left the delivery slip with NOTHING written on it. I Was home all day, BOTH days in the front office. UPS, DHL or USPS ALL THE WAY FROM NOW ON!

Delivered a package that was obviously empty without a simple notification about tampered package. The tape job done after item disappeared was an obvious red flag. Not to mention the weight was listed as 9lbs. and empty cardboard box would never get close to that!

FedEx has terrible logistics! I had two delivery dates and my package again is to be scheduled on yet another date! Anybody service and shipping packages to any customer should avoid this mode of delivery when customers expect their packages on the first given date of packages established, stop being cheap and find someone else that can deliver on date established! No excuse!

Fedex tracking number says delivered at 11:56 am.....I saw the Fedex truck drive by without stopping. Obviously they stole my package...again. Federal Express. You do no background check on your drivers? What a shame.

I try my best to avoid shippers who use FedEx. Unfortunately I had no choice when it came to a specific part I needed. My package has been sitting at this place for DAYS. For no reason at all. Now it just says “pending” after saying “in transit” at this company. Sad. From previous FedEx issues, pending either means they lost it or they lost it lol.

Terrible terrible company. Ordered parts that I paid extra for overnight. We watched the fedex driver drive past never even stopped and said we where not there. Had the whole thing on camera in which you can see us waiting outside as he drove past. Company didn’t care, and brushed us off. Avoid at all costs!
