Erica has nasty attitude and no personality at all. She is very boldface gave us our final laminated product and just handed us a paper bag. She did not even nicely place the item in the bag. Very disappointed.

Had a very difficult shipment today, out of the country. There were address issues, custom issues and while it took an hour, the staff was helpful, professional, polite and kind to my struggles to get this important package where it needed to go. Good not have asked for better service. A caveat, while waiting for an hour (not their fault), they were very busy, attentive, polite and expedited others while I was tying up a line.

At this location they steal your money I paid 25$ for the computer which is like 45cents a minute and I only used 5$ and suppose to get a refund for 20$back on my car but never got my refund and they keep giving me the run around telling me to call my bank and my Bank is telling me they haven't initiated the refund so the bank can put it back on my card I think the manager and some employees are stealing peoples money this place is horrible never go here

Went in to print documents from printandgo. Still waiting for my retrieval codes and I've been here almost half an hour....... I received 1/6. So while I'm waiting I asked the young lady to increase the size of a document I printed last week. It took up only half the page and it was very light. She stated that I must have printed it from a screenshot and it would cost me about $10.00 for her to resize it!!!!! I told her I would figure it out.... So while she was vacuuming the floor, after a little trial and error, I was able to blow-up the document to letter size. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

I think customer service need to be better as store location is great

The employees at this location embrace the definition of LAZY. Definition: “Unwilling to work or use energy.” Multiple times I have brought my packages to this location with pre-printed labels and everything all ready to go. Such a simple transaction it takes less than a minute, scan and go. So, when someone knowingly walks right past the self-scanning drop off and walks up to the counter (I was the only customer in there besides my wife) you should ask how I can help you. Not do you have a preprinted label to drop off, there is a drop box right behind you. Yes I know there is a big meatal drop box, I just walked past it! Don’t try to force or argue them into using a big metal box where someone can come afterwards with a heavy package and damage mine. Don’t give people grief because you don’t want to help them. IF you are so against something called customer service, it’s probably best you find a different field of work. Sadly the managers promote this type of “customer service” which is the exact opposite of its definition: “The support and assistance a business provides to its customers, both before and after a purchase, with the goal of ensuring customer satisfaction and building relationships.” I am willing to bet after I left just out of sheer spite they still toss my package into that metal drop box. Don’t get me wrong, I have and will continue to use the self-scan drop box when I don’t feel my package could become damaged. But, don’t judge me because I don’t want my bubble envelope to be crushed under someone else’s package or you just don't want to do your job. If the powers that be @FedEx, see this post, you should really look into this specific location. I don’t have this issue with the FedEx in MetroWest, I use it more than this one and never an issue! For other customers who have had similar experiences, I was advised by FedEx customer service to voice concerns to (800)-Go-FedEx (1-800-463-3339) and be sure to provide the FedEx Office location!

The line is back to the door, all I want to do is buy a box!!
And it’s because of Not Caring, they couldn’t care less if we are getting terrible service.
This would never happen at UPS!!

I've observed a consistent lack of attentiveness and customer service at this location, despite its proximity. On multiple occasions, staff members have appeared disengaged, prioritizing personal conversations over assisting customers. Furthermore, I've experienced instances where a specific employee has inappropriately inspected return packages, even after being informed of their contents. While I understand the need for basic inquiry, physically searching through returns items is unacceptable.
