Horrible service , no one who works here cares about shipments , they call say your shipment will be on this day , then 3 days later they say “oh we aren’t sure when you will get your shipment “ then you hear it’s on a rail car & hasn’t been picked up yet. Fed-ex should seriously be ashamed of themselves..this is the absolute WORST way to ship anything. My daughter receives a scolorship, StepUpForStudents,they have helped her grow in so many ways, we would be lost without them- she was waiting for a package that unfortunately ships Fed-Ex and these incompetents left it on the wrong doorstep, I have the drivers idiot picture as proof! I filed a claim, not for myself to be reimbursed, but her SCHOLORSHIP, and fed-ex said NO! This org. Makes it possible for severely handicapped children to access the necessary materials to live and learn like anyone else, and FedEx said NO… what a very sad day for FedEx, the masters of greed and incompetence. How they can deny a scholorship, with visual proof of driver error? Is beyond comprehension. Sick sick sick world

The drivers are nice. Customer service is uneven. Policies can be weird but mostly are tangible. Overall the best to do it currently.

We were charged a bogus re-delivery fee. FedEx Claims they tried to deliver and called office but no one was available. We have no missed calls and our security cameras do no show a driver walking up to our office. I called and spoke with ERIC at the Orlando FL Terminal and asked for them to waive the re-delivery fee since they have drivers at our shop every other day anyways. He said no way and that we should use other carriers so that is exactly what we will do from now on. Good Bye FedEx Freight, ERIC says you don't want my companies business anymore.

Why would you even offer to delivery appliances if it's company policy to not enter any homes!!!??? These guys are dropping my 36" HEAVY gas range on the street and I have to figure out how to get it inside the house. Fed-Ex needs to get out of the appliance space if they continue with this practice.

I am very disappointed at the level of service that was given to us at my place of employment. I contacted FedEx freight to ask to expedite our freight shipment and ended up waiting a full 10 days to only receive it at the eleventh hour, almost costing our business a five figure job. I was repeatedly made promises that were not kept about timeframes. The driver had no notes regarding the various communications. The only thing saving this from being a one star review is the fantastic rapport the driver and I have. FedEx in-house needs to demonstrate better communication going forward. Very disappointing.
