Had a pair of sandals shipped to the hotel via Amazon. Thr hotel/FedEx charged a receiving fee of $10 before they would release the package.

Horrible. Charge extra fees, I'm assuming, because they noontime have regular business traffic. Had I known, I would have never even gone. Wasting my time with this review because FedEx doesn't care they are worth billions. Maybe I can save someone else a headache..

Went to drop off a few envelopes for work. They wanted to charge an additional $2 per envelope handling fee on top of the prepaid shipping. Just go find a drop box or other location.

We needed assistance printing a booklet and getting it laminated and bound on a deadline. The staff at this location were especially helpful and kind! Fantastic experience, definitely recommend going here for your printing needs.
