Our cashier was wonderful, it was all going well until Lisa decided to lecture him in front of customers. She can give him feed back away from customers ear in the future, it wasn't anything needed to be exaggerated about in front of a full store. She needs a new lesson on custoemr service, thank you 😊

I chose this location to send a package which was a friends necklace and not only did the staff (Christian) change my box to a reseal envelope he also never explained or asked me for a declared value amount. Had he explained like the manager Danny did to me that the largest amount was $1000 then I probably wouldn’t have sent it because it never made it to its owner and in fact the envelope it was sent in was delivered opened and empty and no one from FedEx was even notified. I will advice everyone to choose wisely before sending anything of importance through this company. The woman manger was very defensive on behalf of the staff member that was at fault for failing to do his job properly. Danny was very helpful and upfront I appreciated that. Fed ex has all these cameras in these facilities and can’t located a package? FedEx needs to look into their staffing because clearly the package didn’t grow legs. It’s very disappointing and dissatisfied with the outcome which was a $100 check since that’s what he (Christian) assumed and put as a declared value and her necklace was worth much more.

Sunday staff (at least one rep) customer service is standoffish; sort of not-friendly and repulsive.

Although the associate works well, my review is for the office, which counts with only one associate to attend the whole office. If it doesn't have work force, close, close its doors.l or offer a better wage to get more associates.

I brought birthday presents in to be wrapped and shipped home because I didn’t want them damaged on my flight in my luggage. After returning home, I received my package only to find the fragile item I was most worried about to be in pieces. I will never trust fedex again or this location.
