It is such a huge deal to not have to search for packages while arriving at a conference/tradeshow. I didn’t have to search for anything. This FedEx location had everything and hand delivered them all. Melissa was perfect with service, print needs, and just being awesome. Maggie was amazing help as well. I truly enjoyed these people and their service. Thank you again.

I have never experienced such exceptional customer service as I did at this location! I was in town for a convention and needed several files printed last minute. Susan was the only person working and was taking care of multiple people at once. When I told Susan what I needed, she made everything so simple; she cropped, separated and printed all of my files with the BEST attitude. I cannot brag on this woman enough! She went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. FEDEX needs to know how lucky they are to have Susan!

Do not have anything delivered here. Charge you a handling fee that you are not made aware of prior. I’ve never been charged a fee before, what a joke.

Because they transferred our tiny package from the front desk to the FedEx on-site store, they charged us a $2 handling fee and marked the package as being handled by FedEx when in reality it was handled by USPS. Do not have packages delivered here unless you want to pay an unnecessary handling fee.

I had a large rush print job on a Saturday. I was told it would be tight timing to finish by closing, but they would try their best. They really hustled and finished early and did a great job. It wasn't cheap, but no different from the main office locations. The other hotel locations quoted me DOUBLE the price. So even though this is in the Renaissance hotel, they have excellent service and lower pricing than other hotel locations

I was having trouble with the online ordering system and had to call and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was directed to place the order through email and I ended up calling two more times in the process to verify they had received the order and then again to pay and each time I was greeted with a very friendly and helpful response. Thank you for a great experience!

I was at the FedEx store that is inside the hotel, and the experience and customer service was above and beyond anything that I could have ever expected. Elizabeth Soto not only exceeded expectations, but she helped me long after the store visit. She kept in constant contact to insure that the courier we used was able to pick up our package, and get it delivered to its next location. I really don't know what I would have done without her. Everyone at this facility has always been so helpful and super friendly. We have used this store for many years for trade show deliveries, and they have never ever disappointed. They truly are the best example of amazing customer service that I have ever seen. Absolutely love them!
