EMPLOYEE THEFT! Avoid this location. Dropped a package off at this location and they asked if they could open and put in a different box. I said sure and they proceeded to go through my products looking at them and put in a box. Watched them tape it and put label on. The box showed up 2 days late and had been re-taped and a relabel on it with half my products GONE. I have contacted FedEx of the theft and filing a police report at this location. Sad a hard working single mom has product stolen that she worked hard for.

This location is sucks. The chargers unnecessary fees without letting customer know.
The staff is not cooperative and they are very rude.

Directed me to self service. I realized I couldn’t get stapled packets from this printer. I asked for help. None was available. All two employees were”too busy working on online orders”. I said I had up to an hour to wait and they still couldn’t help me in that timeline. I stapled 65 packets by hand. Zero stars. Do not recommend. Try your hotel print options before coming here.

Had to get display sheets printed last minute. I was having difficulty with the copy machine and Vanessa helped get everything resolved seamlessly. By far one of the best experiences I've had at a fedex print location

Great customer service with Cody - Cody clearly explained options available to meet my print needs and helped provide tax exempt status when I forgot to request it upfront. Another customer closing out a service while I was there also remarked on how Cody had saved their day.

Kenecia was a great help to my daughter.
My daughter had a tight deadline to get a document signed and scanned while visiting Orlando. We were having some problems with adobe but Kenecia was able to get the program working and get the pages she needed printed and scanned. Many thanks!!!!

I use this location every year to print promotional materials for the AAU Volleyball Nationals event at OCCC. Cost is reasonable, quality of products is excellent, turnaround time is fast and employees are friendly and helpful. Being located in the West Hall of OCCC is a bonus since that's where the AAU event is, no driving needed to go pick up my materials. I order from this location every year and will continue to. Elizabeth was especially helpful to me on one of my recent visits.

Isaac was really helpful! He made great suggestions about how to best ship my package so it would be both safe and cost effective. Plus, he handled a semi-stressful situation with another customer really calmly! Great guy!The wait was less than 5 min, too. Very convenient.

The convention center is completely locked... It is not an actual store where anyone can just walk in print andA complete waste of time to go to this location... Security will walk around and no one is helpfulI tried to call the store number and the automated system will not let you access a workerwhatsoever At All

I'm not sure what's up with some of these bad reviews, but my experience with this location was WONDERFUL. I am visiting for a conference and I had a mishap with an order I placed elsewhere. They really stepped up and saved the day. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. A big THANK YOU to Cody and Vanessa!!

1) Extremely expensive: I paid $191 for a 44x36in technical poster. The simplest poster: no glossy paper or anything. I thought they told me $29, so I accepted the quote, and did not notice what they charged my card for. I noticed the $191 price on the receipt a day after.2) Very slow: It took them 45' to print that poster. At my university's printer, the IT person prints it with a click of a button in less than 5'.3) Hard to find. Easy to confuse with the other FedEx location inside the Convention Center. I wasted an hour trying to locate it and asked several people.

Eli and Amy at the West Concourse FedEx were the most helpful and kind FedEx employees I have ever worked with. We had some late packages shipped to FedEx for a convention in the South Concourse and they went above and beyond to not only receive the packages but to take my personal cell phone number and let me know when they arrived. My second order arrived later than my first and Eli drove the packages from the West to the South Concourse for me. They made a hectic situation a bit brighter and I'll be forever grateful for their assistance.
