So I was told I CANT ship anything on a Nike box…. I have mailed other things on Nike boxes ALL THE TIME in other def ex, IPS, USPS. What a waste of my time, so their solution is “ buy a box with us or go to Home Depot” I have never been told before I can’t mail an item on an specific box. Stupid, I will never waste my time here again.This was Wednesday at 6:15pm

Always had a great experience at this location. I have used their photo service, shipping to domestic and international addresses, printing using cloud, Amazon/Walmart drop offs. The staff are helpful and professional. They promptly help people on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Will never use FedEx again. Only use Amazon Prime using Amazon drivers.The FedEx driver from Oviedo refuses to drop heavy packages to my front door and leaves them outside the gate. Amazon drivers do not do this. I'm disabled and can't lift heavy things. Shame on FedEx and the CEO.

This FedEx is generally pretty helpful. The employees are nice and their print and go service is solid. My 1 star is because of the location. This place smells SO BAD. I don't know if it's because of the restaurant next door, but I don't enjoy coming here because it has the same gross smell every time. This FedEx needs some serious cleaning because it smells awful.

I have shipped via FedEx many times and have always had a good experience but James was definitely the most courteous, pleasant and helpful associate I’ve ever encountered. In today’s culture where service to customers is often taken for granted, James exceeded all expectations!

Precious was wonderful!!!! She was so helpful, professional, knowledgeable and calming. I was more than a little nervous about the print job. They were multiple A0 large scale prints that needed to be exact or my finished product would be a disaster. She understood my concerns and did a fantastic job! The prints are PERFECT! (And a lot cheaper than they other print shops nearby)The store itself was super clean and actually smelled really good too.All in all a great experience. The best FedEx I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been going to FedEx print shops all over the country since they were Kinko’s). It’s obviously well run. I will be back!

I had to return some shoes and, since my printer wasn’t working properly, I decided to take them here. The girl up front was friendly and very helpful. She printed my label for me and taped up my package for return. Would definitely recommend this place and will be back.

Wow talk about no service. I walked in holding my baby and tried to use the printer to get a document by code. The machine wouldn't accept any debit or credit cards so I went to the counter to wait behind an elderly woman shipping some items. There were 2 young men working that made eye contact with me a couple of times but neither spoke to me or greeted me in any way. I even took out my credit card to hold to show I didn't just have a question and wanted to purchase something.Another 2 or 3 college age girls came in after me and were immediately helped. I was still ignored and not asked if I needed any help as I was standing in line. One of the young men even went in the back to give a woman a cold bottle of water.After being ignored for awhile, I left and stated "I guess they're closed as no one is working today or greeting customers." No one even looked up. Go elsewhere for help if you need it.

Do not waste your time here. Current staff should all be fired especially the employee named Cameron. I have been printing here over 2 years and now and Cameron tried to upcharge on services that were not required such as resizing because she doesn't know how to print a poster. Wasted an entire hour and a half and didn't get anything done so I left. I then sent in another staff member of mine and had then order the exact same thing and it showed me how terrible they treated me because she got it all done in 10 minutes and 37seconds according to the timer we set proving that employee Cameron was just trying to take more money from me telling me she had to resize it because it didn't fitIn conclusion please go somewhere else because theres many other issues that occur at this store specifically in comparison to every other store across the united states that I have done business in.

Waited on the phone for someone to pick up for over 3 minutes until it just hung up. I looked at how busy they are and it said that it was not busy. Don’t know if they just ignore their phone or if it doesn’t work, but it’s unprofessional

I had to ship a box and I needed tape for the box and label. I asked for tape and they said they only offer tape for the sides. Made me laugh. When a company is trying to save money on tape given to the customers and this company is in the shipping business of boxes, boxes that need to be taped, you know they're in big trouble.

Dropped off a package and received horrible customer service. Very rude people working at this location. Made me feel like they were so inconvenienced to just get me a receipt. Sad to see these types of people put into service positions.
