I went to Office Depot to have a set of paper work bound. They told me it would be 5 hours. I decided to go to FedEx to see if it would be shorter, they bound it in less than 45 seconds. Had no wait, no excuses about how many projects were in front of me. Easy and fast. You have me forever now!!!

I needed 9 Golf Caddy Boxes to ship Stilts to Universal Studios. This office only had 5 boxes in stock. Tia found out that downtown Orlando FedEx store had 5 boxes also. So I told Tia on the phone as I was on the way driving to her Fedex store to have the 5 pairs of stilts boxed and shipped, and then I would drive downtown Orlando store to box and ship the remaining 4 stilts. Tia, on her own, left her store, drove downtown, picked up 4 boxes, and drove back to Waterford Lakes FedEx store. It was perfect timing because by the time the 5 boxes were packed, closed, measured, and weighed, Tia walked in the door with the 4 boxes! HOW AWESOME IS THAT? As a result, all 9 pairs of stilts were sucessfully shipped, I didn't have to drive downtown at 3:30 pm thru rush hour traffic, and it resulted in a nice $1,700 Fedex sale. Which your corporate would agree a nice sizable sale. I've told so many people about Tia, and how a FedEx employee did the most unexpected act of kindness for a FedEx customer who was need to meet a schedule shipment date. THANK YOU TIA AND FEDEX! That was so AWESOME.

Would have given it 5 stars, but couldn't find handicap accessible area, they have parking, didn't see access. Very helpful inside.
