Worst service ever. Does not want to accommodate any customers. Paulo likes to tell people that if they have to sign for their packages they should stay home all day and skip work! Rude, awful communication and treatment of customers below standards.

Made a few copies, if you do it yourself. It takes about 5-7 minutes waiting for the app to load. But not bad overall.

This is for FedEx as a whole. This needs to be seen by many so everyone can see how pathetic FedEx customer service and higher ups can be.
I had a package that was misdelivered by a FedEx employee to a house that wasn't even remotely near my house, but wasnt even on the same street!!! The picture given for the delivery wasn't even the same style home that my community is in. I even did my due diligence and walked by every house on my Street just to make sure and there was no package. After giving customer service a picture of my house and telling them for the past 4 days after they delivered it to someone's house... they didn't bother to go to that same house and get my package, even know they have GPS tracking pings for every delivery done.
Yesterday on my ring cameras, an ELDERLY MAN who's house I'm assuming my package was delivered to, walked up from HIS car and delivered my package to me. That's embarrassing FEDEX!!! TO TOP it off... You keep sending me texts to encourage me to look for my own package around my home when clearly my picture of my home looks nothing at all like your delivery pictures!! THIS ISNT CSI !!! IT DOESNt take a forensics expert to see that yall messed up!!
