I was in on Fri 8th of July in dispear. I had 40 minutes to catch my flight at mco and had a painting with me that I wasn't allowed to take with me. The painting wasn't packaged for shipping and I was running late. The lovely gentleman who works here went above and beyond to serve me quickly and even had the decency to fix the packaging on my parcel with double boxes. To this man I can't thank you enough for his time and effort. My painting arrived today and no doubt its great condition was due to your extra effort.

This is close to airport and has extra hours. The folks inside were super helpful. My Goto place especially if pick up hours have passed at the drop boxes.

They closed the door in my face before closing and said "goaway we won't help".Note I had a prepaid package and they just had to scan it. Then another person came up and they took there package but refused to take mine.

So, I have a FedEx package delivery that hasn't updated in 9 days. I call FedEx and tell them it must be lost. The agent tells me, it won't be officially lost for 2 more days. I tell her that's insane, so she hangs up on me. I call back and ask to speak to a manager. After 15 minutes of annoying Muzak, I get a guy who says he'll look into it. After 5 minutes or so, he comes back and asks me how big is the box. I tell him I don't know, cause I never saw the box, and anyway, what difference does that make. Don't all the boxes have shipping labels, I ask. He says sometimes the labels fall off. He says knowing what size the box is will help him find it, so I tell him it's a pair of shoes, so probably shoebox size. He goes away for another 10 minutes, and then comes back to ask me what size and color are the shoes. At this point, I'm losing my mind. I ask how many unlabeled shoe boxes do have laying around. He didn't answer. Went away for another 10, then came back and said they would need a couple more days to look for the box. FedEx sucks so bad.

Don’t come here without your own label :/ if you want to ship your packages that are boxed up and ready to go and a shipment label is made this is not the place ad the do not allow that to be done here.
