June 18, 2025, approximately 11:30 Front desk heavy build male sales rep. never acknowledged my presence upon entering business. He was seated having a personal conversation with a seated male at the counter. Never heard any business purpose conversation. He never took his eyes off of that male. He never looked or greeted me. 2 minutes later, an employee appeared from the supply area carrying boxes and noticed me standing unattended. He immediately greeted and rendered assistance. Thanks to the other front desk sales rep.. customer service should have priority over personal conversations.

Very slow download I had a download appointment at 8 am I arrived at 6:30 and they received me at 9 am I have been waiting for 4 hours since the download is very slow I give it zero stars
