I’m writing this review to give major thanks to JJ. I have known JJ for almost a decade through Ferguson. Over the decade he has gone beyond excellent service. He is very knowledgeable and always kind. No matter who walks in through the door JJ always treats everyone the same. He is dependable and his knowledge of plumbing supplies is up there with a master plumber. I could go on and on about the excellent service JJ gives. He is definitely an example of great customer service and how we should all treat each other.

I was referred there by another vendor that said they have the faucet I was looking for. I got to the counter to show the rep what I was looking for. He didn't even bother to look at what I had. He asked about three times for a part number. And finished of his customer service by saying that he can't help without a part number.
The store wasn't busy and I was the only customer there so it's not as if they needed to help people for some after lunch rush.
He could've easily taken the time explain whether he recognizes the part or not and where I can find the part number when I get back to the faucet. That would've been helpful even if he can't get the part without a part number.
The emptyness of the establishment is most likely a reflection of the service they have.

I'm not a plumber but I needed some tube insulation they had in stock. Great prices. I witnessed incredible service happen to other customers. One guy has a problem, guy behind the counter offers advice, other professional plumbers inline start talking about the best way to fix his issue.
Staff was friendly and pulled my items quick.
For parts you go around to the loading dock side, not the front office area.

Maybe you should advertise as you must have an account on your website and teach your counter people to ask you that not ....yes we have it ,drive an hour just for the guy to tell me you need an account

Called twice to make sure they had what I needed before I sent my helper up to pick up. 2 different people confirmed that " oh ya we carry several types." Sure enough after my helper gets there, " we don't carry those." So I'm out 100 bucks for all their non-sense and still don't have what I needed. Go to Winn Supply if your in Florida. Better pricing and much more knowledgeable about what they have in stock. If you go to fergusen you better bring a jar a Vaseline. Won't hurt as bad!!

Amazing customer service! Very organized, knowledgeable and thorough. JJ helped us when we got to the distribution warehouse and made the process as streamlined as possible. I didn’t catch the name of the gentleman I spoke with on the phone or the one who operated the forklift but with every interaction our expectations were exceeded!

The counter sales side doesn’t care if you’ve been stand there for 25 minutes they willl look you dead in the eye an not even ask if you need help they usually have 1 person running the desk an they are the slowest dudes to get anything or get anything done I wouldn’t waste your time here unless it’s your only option

Plan on speaking Spanish when you enter the door or be ignored I placed an order over the phone for three different items they had in stock it took me an hour to get the part out the door we have a terms account set up with them I just have to give them a PO number and walk out the door but it took an hour between them figuring out what happened with my phone order. I hate to admit I use the home supply stores because I can't stand dealing with the personnel at these plumbing supply houses and I've been Plumbing for 30 years
