I am here on vacation, and I told them my BMW was making a weird sound and I was very afraid to drive it. I asked if I could bring it in and have someone take a look. They said on Saturday, they only do "maintenance" on vehicles. I said this was somewhat of an emergency situation. They told me I could bring it in, but it wouldn't get looked at until Monday. I asked about a loaner, and they said they only loan cars to "VIP" members. This is NOT how BMW runs in Boston and New York. This dealership clearly doesn't care about safety and customer service.

Review of Fields BMW South Orlando:My experience with Fields BMW South Orlando started off on a high note with a positive purchase experience, but unfortunately, the post-purchase treatment has been extremely negative, particularly in dealing with the service department. After purchasing two X5 2022 vehicles, the nightmare began, largely due to the extra insurance sold to us by the finance department. This insurance, which was touted as essential for addressing issues with tires, paint, or rims, turned out to be a bait-and-switch scam. It only covers what the dealership decides to cover, leaving us feeling scammed and deeply dissatisfied.The General Manager, Mr. Luis Rios, whom one would expect to uphold the highest ethical standards, has proven to be the worst person to deal with. His conduct has been highly questionable, and his communication style leaves much to be desired. He consistently prioritizes the dealership's interests over fair and objective treatment of customers, often dominating conversations and stifling any attempt at meaningful dialogue.The most disappointing aspect of this experience is the sense of being taken advantage of by a dealership we trusted. The supposedly comprehensive insurance we purchased, purportedly the best available, turned out to be nothing more than a means to exploit customers. As a result, I cannot in good conscience recommend Fields BMW South Orlando to others, and I certainly will not be returning for any future purchases. It's deeply disheartening to have invested in two vehicles, only to be met with such unacceptable treatment.

I recently had an exceptional experience with Fields BMW, and I must commend Todd, Robert, and Stephen for making it truly remarkable. Their unparalleled relationship, patience, and in-depth knowledge about my BMW X6 were nothing short of incredible. The courtesy they extended, coupled with their expertise, leaves me confident that when it comes to purchasing or servicing my vehicle, Fields BMW stands unmatched in the competition. Excellent service! Deyja and the technician were informative and pricing was fair. I had to wait awhile due to the work needing to get done, but the wait was a breeze with all the amenities available and offered. Before I left, I’d already planned to purchase my next vehicle from them to continue this beautiful experience. Thank you!!

Service was great! The car was showing signs it needed a new battery. Scheduling an appointment was easy and even got a price while doing so. Eric checked us in, saw we were there for a battery and checked the car to be sure. The center had a nice waiting room and provided us an uber so we could spend the wait time doing some things in the area. Eric kept us informed and shuttled us back when we were ready. We are new to the area, and the first bmw center we chose for the car's scheduled service left us wanting something much better. We found that here, will be back for future service work!

Cynthia on sales and Robert on service are simply the best. Cynthia goes out of her way to make sure we are taken care of even after many years of our purchase. That's customer service at its best! You can be sure that when it's time to switch cars or get a new one, I will go back to Cynthia! Then Robert at service is the best I have ever dealt with. He will do whatever it's in his power to make sure the car is running optimally and he will do it in a timely manner. He is effective and efficient! Awesome team!

Today I am happy, because yesterday I bought the car I dreamed of from this dealer. The guys helped me not only with the price, they even let me ride a car without help and compare several cars, they tried to do everything as quickly as possible, they helped everywhere. There was no pressure whatsoever. Special thanks to Mikhail, sales manager. There are no unnecessary words, just the deal is like a Swiss watch, there are no hidden fees. I've been to a bunch of dealers over the past week and I was surprised! Nowhere else is the commission as low as here. My friend bought an x5 here two years ago and is still happy, now I’m happy to be a client of this wonderful place! I advise everyone, if you want honesty, then this is the place for you! Always a formidable choice, a large number of goodies and pleasant moments such as free car wash and professional staff! You will be delighted!

The quality of service is exceptional. Al my salesman is honest, kind, authentic, knowledgeable, and the best in the industry. My service advisor Angel was honest, helpful, and genuine and it made a difference. I love the overall experience Fields gives in their cafe area while waiting and the complimentary car washes for purchasing with them (at ANY Fields automotive locations) is a bonus. I highly recommend!

Always a pleasure getting the service done at this dealership. Everyone is very professional from my car drop-off to pick-up. I was helped by Eric Ramos. He was very informative and explained on what is needed vs what can wait! This helped in my decision making. Can definitely feel the premium experience (complimentary deep clean; drop off and pick up; lounge) with BMW at this dealership. They would be my first go-to starting now.

Probably the worst customer service of any dealership we have ever dealt with. Purchased a brand new BMW, car continues to have issues, zero customer service, zero knowledge on how to fix the vehicle and no one cares when you arrive.

I had such an amazing time here at Fields BMW South Orlando . This was my first time here as I am a new resident of Florida and Eric was my advisor. He made everything so seamless for me and the experience was nothing short of amazing . Eric was very responsive and just made my experience here awesome . I am happy to say that I will now be calling Fields BMW South Orlando my new BMW home and Eric will be my advisor. I had such a pleasant time and an amazing experience here . The way the communication between me and Eric was awesome and they fixed my car and the work was amazing . This was for sure a great experience overall

I had the best car buying experience at this BMW location, and owe a lot of that to Mike Alexander, who was the best! Mike was extremely knowledgable, patient and kind to me, this was my first time purchasing a car and it can be intimidating going through this process alone. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, welcoming and I felt that my business mattered. In the process of buying this car I went to several other dealerships and had the complete opposite experience (upsetting as maybe it would have been different if I had a make with me). Cannot recommend this place enough. I love my car and I'm very grateful that Mike went above any beyond to help me.

Angel, my service advisor was great!..but having to wait 2 weeks to make a service appointment to include a loaner is ridiculous.. in my instance I waited 2 weeks... took 45 minutes for me to actually get the loner after arrival only to be texted an hour later that my part was on back order and to come pick my X6 M50i back up. Incidentally I live 20 miles from the nearest dealership. I don't know why they couldn't have told me the part was on back order in the 45 minutes that I waited for the loner.
