I visited the store on Tuesday at 7 pm
and was disappointed by the service. A staff member (a white, heavyset man, approximately 5’10 tall) was unprofessional and rude during my visit.
I understand that customer service roles can be demanding, but courtesy and professionalism should still be expected. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression, and I will think twice before returning

Ordered shoes for pick up yesterday, got an email saying they have been picked up but i haven’t. Tried calling the store multiple times — no answer. Called customer service was stuck in a loop with a bot who said the order was shipped. Now I am very confused and without any sort of tracking number or indication of what happen to my shoes.

Went here today. Madhouse of people. We asked for a size 6 shoe. They made us wait 15 min and said it was coming. They brought us a size 6 1/2. I asked why did they bring us a size 6 1/2 when I requested a 6? They replied, they found your shoe but accidentally gave it to someone else and they bought it already. Ok, well then can I get a discount for our troubles? He went ans asked the gm in the red shirt and she said no, discounts are only for damaged items.
Horrible customer service. Also, two guys got in a fight when we were in the store. Not shopping here again!

The store should have been open at 11am, it is now 12:06pm. They have a sign on the door that they are working on inventory, but there looks to be about 15 employees inside the store and some of them are just checking themselves out in the mirror and walking around looking bored. I'm no business genius but shouldn't inventory be done during non-business hours? Plenty of customers have come and gone. Smh.

Employees are useless here and don’t even know their own product. Imagine working at a shoe store and not knowing the difference between men’s and women’s shoes.

None of the staff would help me. Theres like 20 employees but apperently only one shoe guy. I dont know what the role of everyone else is but it seems like a poor business model. Its ok. Just go to any of the other shoe stores in the mall and youll be fine

I went into the store on Dec 24 to buy shoes and the lady from the cashier charge me twice and then told me I could get my money back yall I paid twice for 1 pair of shoes the customer service is terrible specially the Chinese manager and they 2 employees that clearly can’t do a simple job YALL ROBBED ME
