Firefly Yoga Company is a welcoming and simple studio with a wonderful community. The atmosphere is welcoming, clean, and relaxing, good for letting go. The instructors are very nice, amazing, and wonderful, making everyone feel comfortable, safe, loved, and like an old friend. Their energy is infectious. There is a class for everyone at every comfort and skill level, from power classes to slower flow and meditation. The practice is described as amazing, relaxing, restorative, therapeutic, and accessible for all. It helps students shed stress and breathe in calm, offering tranquil ease on the mat. The price is great. Students highly recommend going a couple times a week and consider themselves fortunate for having found this studio.
5/12/2024It's only like my 3rd visit and maybe the 5th yoga class ever. The instructors are very nice and seem to work for every level student, the price is great, and the studio is simple and clean... Good for letting go for a bit. I'm trying to go twice a month for now.
