This Firestone location has been my go-to for car repairs for more than 30 years. My wife and I trust the staff to care for our car maintenance. On my recent visit, they took care of the oil leaks and tire wobble on my Grandson's car. Paul took great car of us by getting us in for an appointment the same day.

I always come here for an oil change and never have a problem. They're fast & efficient. The people at the counter are always polite. Even if I need a last minute appointment they try their best to squeeze me in. Only Firestone I come to.

I recently took my car here due to a rattling noise coming from the passenger rear. In my gut I knew it was either the wheel barring or suspension, or coil spring. My car was there the whole day. I was told that the brake fluids needed to be topped off and the battery was bad (my battery is brand new). I come to find out that "they drove the car around" and that the car was fine. The rattling noise keeps happening. I don't feel safe driving my car. I feel like the mechanics did not look thoroughly at the right passenger rear tire because if they did, they would have told me something was wrong. Left the store with an ongoing issue and being told two different things to get money from me.

Came there a week ago with tire getting flat. They did some repair, but I still had the same leaking (once in 2 days I had to inflate it).When I came there second time, the store manage me Trevor started demonstrating unprofessional and rude behavior, saying that I need an appointment and they are very busy. On my questions he was saying “we are not on the same page; I have so many cars in line; leave the car and I don’t know when you get it back”.Finally, he kind of took pity on me and took it for inspection, where it turned out that during the previous repair they had not noticed another place of air leakage, which once again speaks of their professionalism. Of course, they said that they didn’t notice it, and that I received another damage to the tire over the past 2 days since their last “repair”. What a coincidence.I had to stand next to the car, because with such emotional behavior from the location manager, I doubted the safety of my car.But anyway, this shop has a good location and good equipment.Communication with their hotline didn’t give any feedback yet - they need need 2 days to think about it. The only thing they proposed - to put me on the line with Mr Tvevor the store manager. Perhaps, they have too many customers, more than they able to serve. Please, try to do not disturb them if you have a chance.

I dropped my car off because of a problem with the ACAfter they looked at it they determined they couldn't fix it and I needed to take it to the dealership, okay that's fine, but when I picked it up there was a large ding on the front passenger side of the car??? And when I asked what happened no one knew of course. The most disappointing thing is they took down my info to give to the claims department and said someone would be in touch in 48 hours.....it's been 3 weeks and no one has been in touch and I've called several times to follow up and all I keep getting is oh we will check and call you back and no one ever does. Extremely frustrating!!!!

I called this Firestone to make an appointment to have my tires aligned, and I spoke with someone who was super helpful and efficient in helping me make the appointment. I came in the next morning for the appointment where I was greeted by Trevor. He informed me that I did not have an appointment. I showed him my call history and told him that I called the day before and made an appointment. He said that it wasn't their phone number, so I showed him on google where it is the phone number connected to his location. He seemed inconvenienced to accommodate me, but agreed to fit me in. About an hour later, I received a phone call where Trevor told me that I needed a brake fluid flush, a coolant flush, and a spark plug tuneup. I told him that I just had my brakes replaced and just got a new engine with new spark plugs. He continued to advise me that I needed these services and specifically told me that my brake fluid failed a test of some kind. I called the people who replaced my brakes, and they assured me that I did not need a brake fluid flush. I confirmed that my dealership did a coolant flush and replaced the spark plugs. I tried to call back but was left on hold, so I hung up and returned to the dealership. I told Trevor that I had confirmed that my car doesn't actually need any of the services he said I needed, and he rather snarkily responded "it was a simple recommendation based on the mileage." My impression of this interaction was that this Firestone location was actively trying to sell me unnecessary services either 1) knowing that I didn't need them or 2) without confirming that I did need them. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I will not be returning to this location.

If I could give a zero I would. The people that work here are crooks and are very un educated on cars. A man of Guyanese descent looked at my car, and gave me false information which ended leaving my car damaged. He also gave me his number to try to sell another car after he messed up the one I had. If I were you save your time and money from this kind of treatment, you will thank me later!!

I'd give this place a zero star review if I could. I scheduled an appointment over the phone for an appointment on Saturday at 4 PM. I took my car in and the guys at the counter said that they were already full. There's zero communication between the call center and the actual store. Then I was told that my car can be looked at on Monday at 10 AM. I come in and there's a hand written sign saying that the system is down so no walk-ins. I'm thinking okay no worries because I scheduled another appointment. But they said they couldn't get me in because they're system is down. I already made 2 appointments but I guess that doesn't matter.
