Bought a defective tire at the Curry Ford Location without knowing. Had a flat tire with a bubble on the side of the tire from the separation at the rim. When the tire was removed there was a chunk missing and steel belts showing. Danny the store manager fought with me on it, called me a liar and called me rude, after raising his voice and denying the tire was defective. He fought me about me getting a refund . Ended up getting the refund for the tire only. Stay far away from this location. I can not recommend their service.

Please don't go to these people every time. I take my car here. They either break a stud and try to charge me to replace it.Then they lost my lug nut key, And they suggest that parts need to be changed when really don't.Always get a second opinion dealing with these people

Idk if it’s Disgruntled employees or just shady mechanics working at this location but always have problems with my car that I didn’t have before after leaving here recently came in for a alignment and when I left my car was pulling even worst to the side then before I came here. “ Beware “ avoid this location at all cost

I used to be a customer at this place, the last time they changed the oil on my 2017 Porsche Macan, and they left the filter loose which is why I almost ruined my car. This time they gave me an appointment at 2 pm just to check a noise made by a wheel, my car was elevated on a machine for 2.5 hours, losing time. The white-haired man blames me for the ineffectiveness of the team, he needs a good retirement place instead of saying that there were many cars before me, in an aggressive and very unprofessional manner, he should have given me an appointment for another day. another schedule, then another unpresentable person came to give me an example of a medical office to defend the indefensible, they should make sure not to give shifts if they do not have the capacity. In addition to all this liars, when I took my car there was no one, and I also told the man that I should be in Lake Buenavista at 4:30 pm... they should close the place or change all the staff who are not useful or remove the name Firestone so as not to look bad with customers. And also, damn unpresentable, he tells me to take my car to Porsche then!!! With that criterion, they close and each vehicle goes to the original service. A disaster, really the worst in Orlando, the worst service, inefficient, aggressive, and the other guy banging on my car doors! I honestly know that they are not going to do anything about it because the company is not interested in customers.

I believe I had a new employee and he was trying to explain my question hen the other guy came over and took over. If he was in training he should have assisted him instead of taking over.

Do not go here went in for a simple diagnostic came out missing parts. Definitely one of those places that are going to try and get you for everything they can without even checking if it's needed. very much a scamy place to go

Sadly, after taking my cars to this location for years for tires, I will no longer go there. I purchased a set of aftermarket rims and wanted them to be installed on my wife’s bronco. I called and explained what I needed done and they had said no problem and to bring the car down. But once I arrived, they told me that, I needed to be aware that they might scratch my new rims when doing the tire swap.
They were only 17 inch rims and I knew that this was just an excuse because they didn’t want to mess with it late in the day.
I took my car to tires plus down the street and they took care of it. A tire shop should be competent in installing tires. I guess this one is not.

Let me start by saying I’ve been a Firestone customer for over two decades. I’ve not had an issue until I walked into this store yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation. They immediately told me 1) I needed to replace my battery 2) both air filters were dirty, they needed to be replaced 3) I had a major oil leak 4) the lug nuts on my tires were stripped and needed replacing. I firmly told them to do just the oil change and tire rotation. After I left I took the car to my mechanic. 1) the air filters were ok not super dirty 2) no major oil leak 3) lug nuts were not stripped (the Firestone guy threw one lug nut away and I made him fetch it from the garbage) 4) my battery is fine. This was the first and last time I will ever set foot at this store. In fact I’m reconsidering not taking my business to any Firestone locations.

5 stars for this shop! was looking to have a tire rotation done and they had time available right away! I was very impressed with how quickly they were able to get the job done. All the staff were very friendly, especially the manager of the store. I would highly recommend you bringing your vehicle here for any mechanical needs
