***YOU TELL ME***On Jan 12, 2024 was quoted $615.00 to replace the water pump on 2004 Jeep Grandcherokee V8. Felt this was a bit high (what isn't nowadays) so fine I bring it in to let them do the work. Bring the car in and they tell me there's a diagnostic fee to VERIFY the pump is bad. Fine, leave the car (big mistake) and they call me shortly and recommend new serpentine belt, thermostat, upper and lower radiator hoses for over $1,550.00! So basically they wanted another $1,000.00! for these few items. Being in a bind needing the car I stupidly authorized the work. I should of paid their diagnostic fee, pick the car up and took it to my TRUSTED mechanic/owner Rick at Pro Automotive. Unfortunately he was unavailable at the time. Next time I'll WAIT! .....THEN to add salt to the injury, when I go to pick up the car I check the work (habit nowadays) before paying. NOTICE the clamp (factory spring pressure type)on the lower radiator hose is not up on the sleeve leading to the engine block! It's at the very beginning made to LOOK like its on. I'm now livid knowing that after getting up to normal temp/pressure the hose would CERTAINLY come off and if I wasn't paying attention to gauges I would of had a burnt up useless engine. Can only imagine the quagmire going thru THAT with these yo-yos. SO I bring it to their attention and they have this shop kid (obviously NOT certified) try to put it on from bottom squeezing the clamp while I'M trying to slide the top of the clamp with a flat head screwdriver from the top. After a few attempts couldn't it on. So he tells me the tech that did the work is gone for the day (3:30) and he couldn't do anything more for me without a written order. I said LOOK I don't care about the clip being left around the hose, can't you just put a regular screw type clamp on?? So he says well.....I'm not sure I don't think or know if we have one......Seeing I'm only getting excuses and not results with the shop kid I go inside to explain all this to Isaac at the front desk. Sure enough he comes out and Lo & Behold they're now putting a clip on over an hour later after arriving to pick the car up. Used to use this place but people come and go. This place is NOT the same anymore AT ALL. So YOU TELL ME......was it worth the horrible review, loss of this and other future customers by extreme gouging?? Do yourself a favor....DO NOT go to this shop unless you have money to waste and you don't mind shotty sub par work. Never again

Friends, don’t lose. If money in this store. I aligned my Tacoma and I had to go back, when I made my appointment they told me 8:30 and when I arrive they tell me that I have to wait 4 hours to receive the vehicle ??♂️ I don’t understand why they make appointments. The manager is very disrespectful. It turns out that when you go as a guarantee they no longer want to attend you and they put thousands of bars on you. Don’t lose your money here

Customer service sucks they don’t even acknowledge that you are there just sit there and stare at you. Even if you are not a front desk representative you should let the customer know someone will be with them shortly sorry for the wait nothing. Will give my money to someone who actually respect and value their customers

I had went to the Firestone on West Colonial but couldn’t go back because their AC machine is not working. I was advised I can go to any other Firestone and will pay the same amount I paid previously. I came to this location. I spoke with Josh which was very rude and advised I would have to pay double the amount. I called West Colonial back and the employee was talking to Josh and advised him what was going on. Josh stated he don’t have nothing to do with that I pay the price he informed and then hung the phone up and handed it back to me. Do not deal with him. Such a waste of time.smh

I had an emergency and needed my tires replaced at the end of the day. This store was amazing. They told me to head in as they were close to closing, and would check on the tires as I was on my way. They called as I was driving to let me know they had them and would make sure I was good to go that night. The customer service was amazing. I really enjoyed speaking with them.

took my car here once for a broken coolant hose to be replace, an hour after leaving my car they called me to say my type of hose isnt manufactured anymore and they would need to bring someone to fabricate a new hose for an extra $100 charge. A week later I had the same problem, I went under the hood and found the problem in less than 10 minutes and replaced it with a hose FOR MY CAR from autozone and fixed the issue for about $10

I come to this location all the time. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They always try to find the best price for me and make sure I understand all the options before finalizing any decisions. The manager is always looking out for customer safety and recommending which issues need fixed immediately to make sure my cars are safe for me and my family to drive.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

If I could give negative stars I would, manager was super rude and demoralized me after I drove there and decided to get a second opinion since they wanted $2800 to fix something that cost $400 and my van wouldn't start..store manager ignored me and wouldn't help me get vehicle started in parking lot after they just parked it i asked for help and was told to leave, I told them I was trying to but they won't help! My hubby had to come and jump my van and I was crying because of how demoralized they made me! I am a woman who is often given higher quoted but does their research! I will NEVER go back and i was a 20 plus year customer!!
