Was quoted 3 hours for a repair that ultimately took nearly 4 and a half hours. I asked at the 3 hour mark and was told the tech was finishing up, but no followup about why finishing up took well over an hour. Was also not told anything about needing to test drive my car, just looked up to find my car driving away. When I asked about it and how long it would take for the tech to return my car, I was just told "I dunno." Overall lack of communication led to a frustrating experience, I will likely go to a different firestone in the future

Once again they did not have my tires.
I came to them on a Saturday and got the price. I made an appointment for the following Saturday at 7:30am because the salesman said they would ba able immediately get working on them at that time.
I arrived at 7:30 to be asked if I was dropping off the truck. I said no I would wait.
Then she informed me they don't have them but can locate them at another location and have them delivered.
I said never mind.
This happened to me before at same Lee rd in orlando location. I'll be forced to go to tires plus again.

Had two new tires installed today. They seem to be a bit busier than the last time I Came here. Manager came out stated they were a little backed up on the lift that was able to hold my truck, So I waited patiently. 4 and a Half hours later, the manager said My truck was done. I asked if everything was done, including balancing of the tires that I wanted to be rotated.
She claimed that there were no instructions about that. Obviously there was a communication breakdown somewhere between her employee and her. Truck back on the rack for another thirty minutes. When time to pay, the price that was quoted to me for the tires was increased a $100 each.
I Look up the price of the tires online in front of the manager said if I was going to overpay from the price that was quoted. I will do so but I will not come back. She seemed not to care which maybe an indication of the level of customer care of this establishment. My first dealings with them back in 2001 were beautiful. I'm assuming there was management change. Get A quote in writing email to you before you arrive. They will take advantage if you don't.

Avoid Firestone as a company. Do not trust the fake positive reviews.
This shop tried to overcharge me wildly for parts and service for a simple issue. I tried reaching out to support for help and it took over a month to get a response. My response was from manager who defended the scam tactics his tire employees and decided to call me just to argue.
Avoid this place, don’t let your friends, family, or worst enemy get their car serviced at this location or by Firestone as a whole.

The worse experience!!!. I confirmed with the girl at the desk that my tire which had a nail was under warranty .
The tire arrived the next day and I told the man that I was there to replace. treat was under warranty. It took a long time and when it was completed I was about to leave expected not to owe anything .
I was shocked when he said I have to pay $370.00.
He was sarcastic and would not honor the warranty . I just purchased a tire a month before and paid for roadside hazard which by the way i was never told about and also they did an expecting which was also not communicated.
I was lied to and now i am $370.00
Highly unethical and unprofessional!!!!!

The Firestone Auto Store located on Lee Rd. is not only a wonderful team but a fantastic team. When I call the store, Julio or Sophia are there to answer and assist with each client. They listen and ask questions about how they can help the individual. For example: when I called last week to bring my car to the store due to the anti-freeze leaking, I explained what I thought was wrong to the Front Office Managers (FOM). I asked if I could bring my car over immediately so I can have it repaired. I also inquired about any exclusive offers right before I gave my keys to Sophia - FOM. They will help you get the best deal possible and explain about the warranty that is offered. There are times when I have an unexpected situation with my vehicle. I will drive over to Firestone and leave my car at the shop. It may take a couple of hours till one of the technicians is able to look at my vehicle. Once the Master Technicians or the C-Technicians can examine the auto and discuss with their teammates what the problem maybe they will move forward with a diagnostic to find the problem. The team is very thorough and will answer any questions you may have after the repair is complete.
Also, when you replace an old part with a new part at Firestone there is a warranty on the new part. Last week I replaced my radiator the warranty will last for one year. Certified master technician Eric test drove my car after the radiator was replaced. He noticed something was wrong with my front brakes. Luckily, my brakes are still under warranty. The part is covered but not the labor. Nonetheless it is still a savings for each client. Lastly, Firestone has a six-month 0% interest when you want to use your CFNA credit card. You also will earn reward points when you use the firestone/CFNA card.
The team is truly diverse with experience, knowledge, and professionalism.
There are two Certified Master Technicians: Eric and Fermin
Two C-technicians: Melissa and Frankie
Maintenance Technician: Derek
Two Front Office Managers: Sophia and Julio
Store Manager: Glenn Vargas:
I am a very happy customer with Firestone / Bridgestone, Lee Road, Orlando, FL 32810

I called 8 a.m and asked Christina to if she could please make sure she took Enterprise tire warranty. She gave push back, couldn't really answer my questions. I asked her if I could pls speak to somebody that could tell me because I'll be coming on my lunch break. She said "we're contacted with enterprise so I'm sure we'll be able to fix you're tire".
Fast forward to 2p.m MY LUNCH BREAK.
OFF THE RIP, SHE SEEMED LIKE SHE DIDN'T WANT TO HELP. LIKE I WAS A BOTHER. ALL SHE WANTED TO KNOW WAS HOW WAS SHE GOING TO GET PAID. I CALLED ENTERPRISED WARRANTY AND PUT IT ON SPEAKER. SHE REFUSED TO GIVE THE LAST 8 OF THE CAR VIN #. I FINALLY ASKED, WHY DON'T YOU JUST GIVE THE LADY THE INFO SHE'S REQUESTING OF YOU? SHE STILL REFUSED, SO I READ OFF THE VIN #. THE LADY FROM THE WARRANTY DEP PICKED UP ON CHRISTINA NOT WANTING TO HELP AND SHE SAID "WOW SHE'S ACTING LIKE SHE DON'T WANT TO HELP HER" (I THINK SHE WAS SUPPOSE TO HAVE MUTED HER PHONE)
ANYWAY, I DIDN'T GET MY TIRE PLUGGED. CHRISTINE GAVE 0 FUCKS, AND NOW MY LUNCH BREAK WAS A WASTE.
I will never, ever, ever even look their way while riding past. After I left, Enterprise reiterated THEY SHOULD'VE FIXED MY TIRE BECAUSE THEY DO ACCEPT MY CONTACT.

Recently purchased new tires from here. The prices were better than other shops I called and they were super quick compared to others as well! The employees were also very kind both on the phone and in-person. Definitely recommend!

I had a horrible experience last time I was here.
It all started off when I went in for an oil change and two weeks later, a message shows on the dashboard of my car saying that I needed to add more oil.
Since it made me concerned, I returned to firestone so that they could rule out the possibility of a leak.
I called in prior asking if I needed an appointment and they told me no, so I dropped the car off at 9 AM with the expectation it would take just a few hours.
Around 2 PM that same day I called in asking if there was an update and I would need the car ready by 3:30 PM because I had another appointment. One of the reps there said that they had not even started to check the issue, and that they wouldn’t start since they were not going to have enough time. I said that is totally fine, I’m coming to pick up my car.
When I get there, my car was nowhere to be found in the lot. When I asked where my car was, they said it was parked in the back. I said I had to go since I had another place to be and kindly asked if I could have my car ready to go. After a few minutes, handed me the wrong car keys. I told him that they were not my car keys and that’s when everything started to go south.
I look up where they have the lifts for the cars, and there was my car, with all of my 4 tires removed. I look at my car and I ask the rep there what was going on and he said he needed to remove all of the tires to figure out where the leak was coming from (which was a lie).
I called him out on that, saying that I had called just an hour earlier and that he had told me that they would not touch my car and that it would be ready for me.
He tried to play it off and obviously lied about it, saying that they were looking out for me, trying to sell me all new tires - thinking that I would actually go with it trying to make $1500 off of me. He claimed I needed to change at least one tire, saying it was in poor condition. I said okay, change the one. He then said he couldn’t because there were no tires available to put on my car (what???!!!!).
At this point, I told him to cancel everything, put all my tires back and that I had to go. I told him (once again) I had another appointment to go to. The rep was then blaming me for some sort of language barrier, saying that my Spanish was not very good and that he could not understand it, but really they were lying and being shady about all of it.
After almost 2 hours of waiting for them to put my tires back on, I lost my appointment and I did not find out if there were any leaks.
Their customer service is horrible and they are not organized with their procedures at all. I will never go back and I do not recommend this branch to anyone who wants to get their car fixed the right way.

I came in today to get my battery and gear shift indicator light checked along with other things. I reiterated that my entertainment center kept displaying “Battery Discharge Warning” when driving and the gear shift indicator is not on after getting a headlight installed. WHICH ISN’T NORMAL. To only be told “Your battery is fine.” After picking up my vehicle, the issue persists and wasted an entire day for nothing.

I purchased a set of tires and lifetime alignment at this location. When I was leaving I noticed the tire pressure light was on. I turn around and go back in, there were three employees at the front desk. The desk guy tells me to go back to my car and he would send someone in a minute, approximately 30 minutes pass and no one comes out. I left, called to complain and had to go back. They offered a fee oil change for my next service. I go in for that service months later, had an appointment and waited approximately 4 hours at the location. I go in for my next oil service had a Sunday appointment at a different location and here they tell me that the information on the system for the Lifetime Wheel alignment was for my old car that was totaled years ago and had never been serviced at the Lee Rd location. My new car was the same brand and model, but obviously a different year. The Lee Rd location never bothered to update my address nor VIN number when they sold me the Lifetime Alignment… Go to a competitor. Firestone has been an issue every single time. Not to mention that they offer to sell cabin and engine filters without even looking if they are dirty or not. I change those myself so I know they were clean, yet they were saying I needed to change them. They do not inspect cars, they just tell you that you need things that you probably do not need, beware!

Glen is simply a good guy who wants to help you with your car. I know garages aren't known for perfection (neither are you and me, btw) but so far this place has been perfect, and I like being dealt with as a grown up and not an upcharge. Having someone like Glen just makes the entire experience better. We trust Glen and his Firestone garage and he will always be the first call for any work we need done on our 2015 Jeep Wrangler.

I am elated about yesterday’s visit. Oh how I was well serviced by Sofia and Glenn. Sofia welcomed me with a gracious smile as she input my information. I knew right away I would be cared for. Then, Glenn was very patient to explain my vehicle’s needs from the ‘severe’ to ‘additional considerations’. Glenn also brightened my day as he was willing to provide a price match. All in all, my overall experience at this “Firestone” location is A+ rated! There’s NO DOUBT my future visits will be the same!
