I had took my car to get a alignment done because A previous Firestone didn't do the job right and they ended up making the alignment worse than before and then when the lady that drove my car came into the store with my car keys was asked from another worker to let him take my car on a joy ride right in front of me he didn't know I was the owner of the car this is behavior that should not be tolerated

Glen didn't seem to care that I was polite to cancel an appointment; shows how negligent this manager and location is. Don't bother with them.

Sadly, you're probably reading this after Firestone has taken advantage of you...But here is my story.I've taken my vehicles to Firestone for twenty plus years. I spent over $2000.00 on the front end of my wife's vehicle and the problem still persisted. Julio at Firestone began throwing excuses my way. It was a neighborhood hood mechanic that told me a new front tire would fix the problem. And sure enough it worked. But it doesn't stop their. They replaced a radiator which led to a string of events in my truck making a loud squeak. Again I spent well over $2,500.00 for a continuous problem. Julio began getting defensive, saying that corporate wasn't going to do anything. I remember thinking, 'why are you talking like this after all the business I have given you. A friend told me about an honest shop, RESCUE AUTOMOTIVE, east colonial. The only problem with my truck was the belt Firestone put on was too big. Yet they had me paying them to replace everything connected to my belt. This company isn't what it used to be. They don't diagnose anything but instead throw parts at your problem. We should all get into the habit of reading reviews prior to spending our money.

Unprofessional people at the counter. Too busy talking and playing. Had a 1pm appointment. Arrived at 1230. Didn't even take my car until 3pm. Had a woman come in at 3 that wanted an oil change and they were about to give it to her until someone said oh that truck needs one first. Counter people refer to customers as boss and papi. Very disgusting and I will not return. Nothing you can do offer or say will change my mind about how this place is run.

I made an appointment online for 1:00 pm Sunday. I arrived 15 minutes early. They didn’t get my vehicle on the alignment rack until 2:20. They weren’t able to set the caster because the master tech was off that day. What a wast of an afternoon. I left at 3:30.

Let me start by saying that I faithfully took my car to this Firestone for over 12 years and believed I would own this car for years to come — that is no longer the case, and regret that I must even leave them one star.I took my beloved Fit in for a routine oil change. I was informed they would rotate the tires because it was a mandatory task for the warranty. Two hours later I received a call telling me that the steering couplings need to be replaced. After confirming that this was a mandatory safety issue, I approved the repair. I heard nothing back after that.On my way home from picking my fiancée up from work, we passed my car on a side street, and I assumed they took it out for a test drive. Instead of going home, we intended to drive to Firestone and pick up my car when it arrived.Sitting in traffic I watched in my rear view mirror as cars turned off the road to reveal my Fit steaming and crushed. I turned around, parked, and found that the Firestone mechanic was being negligent behind the wheel and hit another driver from behind! The Fit is totaled! I received no apology from Firestone because all they are bound to do is refund my insurance company. I no longer have a car and now must buy a replacement on my own because there appears to be no legal recourse in the state of Florida for either their mechanic or Firestone to compensate me for the vehicle they destroyed.Take your vehicles in with caution because this could happen to you and you will be left with nothing.

I was told that the nail in my tire wasn't reparable, and that magically the insurance that I paid for on the tires couldn't be found in the system. Instead of paying nearly 400 for a tire that wasn't even in stock, I stopped at a local tire shop where the dude didn't even have to tug at the nail for it to come out..not even a leak. I'll be buying a whole new set of tires at another place that doesn't try to rip off their customers.

Can’t trust this place. I took my car here on 10/02/2023. I had an appointment, and they said it would take about an hour to change my oil. I was there approximately three hours. I would have been there longer, had I not said anything to the attendant. I noticed that my car was just sitting in the air so I said hey what’s going on I’ve seen my car just sitting there for about an hour now and no one’s touched it. His words to me were “it was finished for a while, I told him to take it down a while ago”. He also told methe guy who was working on my car, was working on three cars at the same time. The next day I noticed that they didn’t replace the sticker in my windshield and I wasn’t given the proper paperwork, Just a receipt. Something told me to check my oil stick because if they didn’t change the sticker, did the even change my oil? Come to find out my oil was never changed. SMH. This is not clean oil and there is no way my oil should still be this dirty if you changed it two days ago.Service: Oil change

This use to be my favorite Firestone I don’t know what happened the customer service is terrible now and the managers have become so janky I use to be able to trust what they tell me now I’m afraid I’m getting ripped off. I spent thousands at this location but I probably wont be back

Great customer service. Have been taking my car there since I bought it. Always do great work and don't charge and arm and a leg like the dealers do
