A little short staffed it seems sometimes. But good crew. Good projects. Just a little pricey.

The guys here are family. New faces or old, they are always friendly and easy to talk to. Don’t even get me started on Will the Manager, nicest guy around. Keep it up guys!

Louis, Bobby, and Alejandro were amazing! Their attention to detail, personalities, and overall customer service was the best! Getting things on your car fixed isn’t the most fun but they made my experience pleasant. I called ahead, didn’t wait long, and left happy. I will definitely be back!

First time here (wheel alignment) and it went very smoothly. Experienced zero issues and no surprises. Store manager William Whitehill is super knowledgeable, transparent and runs a good, clean shop. He addressed all my questions in a professional and friendly manner. On a side note, the customer waiting area needs some TLC.

I arrived late at the Orlando airport to find a problem with one tire that required me to stay overnight in Orlando, rather than driving over an hour home. Without an appointment, the manager, William Whitehill, fit me in, solved my problem, identified another item I really needed, was super knowledgeable and very friendly. If I lived in Orlando, I would make this my primary auto care location.

The store manager and service manager were extremely helpful with what i needed. They agreed that what i was told at the Lee Road location was incorrect regarding warranties on tires. Will definitely be making this location my new home for tires and anything else my car may need. Thanks again to WW.

Bobby was so kind, I needed air on a tire and asked him if he could help. He stoped what he was doing for to pump air on my tire and even touched up my other ones. All with a smile! Now when I’m ready to buy my tires, I’m coming back to this location!!

Very helpful and kind! Luis knew what he was talking about and also showed me my car to confirm what he was talking about, I appreciate this because often times I feel scammed by mechanics. Highly recommend this Firestone!

We spent 5 hours waiting for repairs. They quoted me 786.83. I called my usual guy (who was an hour drive away). He said it would be 450. Firestone lowered their price to 685.72 without me asking. They knew they were trying to overcharge me. I called a tow company. It would be expensive to tow it. I told Firestone I’d let them do it for 650 and they agreed. Ridiculous. They did me a favor by charging me 200 more than an honest mechanic would have done, after trying to charge me 337 more than an honest mechanic would have. Highway robbery.

HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE. Do not go to this location. I waited for 5 hours and they didn't do anything to my car. I made an appointment online for 10:00 AM. for Monday, August 14th, for the AC blower. We arrived at 9:30, this very rude guy (Juan) at the front counter that really pretended to be funny, said to us "your appointment is for 10:00" and I said to him, "yes we are a little early " "A little?" He said back. It's really not funny. Anyway, he proceeded to check us in. He said, "we will run a diagnosis and let you know how much and how long. We left, and at 10:44, we got a call from Juan saying that the blower motor needed to be replaced, and also the resistor. I asked him how much it was going to be, and he said $574.00. And that it was going to take 3 to 4 hours. I told him, "Go ahead and please do the work." I didn't hear anything after that. At 12:56 p.m., I decided to call the store to check how everything was going, and to my surprise, when Juan answered the phone, he said, "Sorry, the wrong part came in, that it would take an hour to and hour and half! At 1:15 p.m., my friend who gave me a ride had to go to work, so he dropped me off at the store. When I came in, Juan was there, and so was the manager, William. None of them even acknowledged me, so I proceeded to sit down, I thought they are helping another customers, but not, they were too busy paying attention to a dog that a customer had inside the store. So, instead of helping me and the other three customers that were there, the manager and Juan were too distracted with this dog. At 2:15 p.m., an hour later, since no one ever acknowledged me or anything, I decided to ask Dylan a technician about my car. He told me, " That car? We are still waiting for the part to come in. " Wow, so right there I was too disappointed and I asked Juan for my car back, I said it has been already 5 hours since I dropped my car off, and you haven't done anything? I just want my car back. O have to get to work. William, the manager, asked what was going on? He was on the other side of the glass, right on the shop. And Juan very rudely said to him, "She says she has to work now." I found that very inappropriate and out of context. William kept telling Juan what to say to me. He offered me a ride, a rental car, but I said no, I just want my car back. (I was so proud of myself of how calmly I talked to these guys) I had to wait for them to put the old blower back because they had it just sitting there. Dylan came back with my keys, and I just took off. I believe the staff at this store lack communication skills. They should have let me know about the status of my car as soon as I walked in, instead of petting a dog. If you don't want to waste your time. DO NOT GO TO THIS FIRESTONE.Of course, I called their customer service line, and I placed a complaint about this. I was told that the regional manager will reach out to me in the next couple of days, and we'll see. I had a call this morning from the manager from the store at Lee Vista. He was surprised that I had complained about them. I told him that my complaint was for the one on Semoran. The customer service line person that I talked to sent the email to the wrong store. Now, what can you expect, if even the customer service people don't know how to send the emails. I called the customer service line again today and asked them to please send the complaint to the correct manager. It's not like I expect a call or any type of apology from this manager at Semoran. It would be too much to ask. I will make sure to let all my friends and family know not to ever go to this store or any Firestone for that matter.
