Literally the worst customer service. The team seems racists and short with you if you’re black. Definitely wouldn’t recommend doing any business here if you don’t have an account.

First off, let me just say that overall I’m very happy with SeacoastBank. I have been a customer for a while for both personal and business.
However, this is the absolute worst branch I’ve ever been to.
On two separate occasions, they made it very difficult for me to withdraw my own money. They always question my identity, and make banking incredibly difficult.
On this occasion, I provided my ID and my Social Security number and they were still very hesitant to allow me to withdraw a relatively insignificant amount of money relative to my total balance.
The teller Marielle was terrible. She was unfriendly and certainly made the whole experience much more difficult than it needed to be.

I can't believe I am writing a review for a bank, but I have been so impressed with the service from this Seacoast branch and specifically, Saudia Khalid. She has always gone above and beyond to provide an exceptional customer experience.

I’ve been dealing with Seacoast Bank since 2013 and I highly recommend the bank for both personal and business banking. Professional, consistent and efficient staff members that have provided a great level of service that has been lost with other commercial banks.

I’ve been banking with SeacoastBank for about seven years, and it has been an outstanding experience from day one. The team is exceptionally competent, and their customer service is second to none. Every time I walk in, I’m made to feel special, which is a rare quality in today's world of big, impersonal banks. Roger, Jorge, Saudia, Shelly, and Mariel have gone above and beyond to ensure that my needs are always met with a smile. Whether it’s handling routine transactions or providing personalized advice, they consistently deliver exceptional service. I couldn’t ask for a better banking experience. Highly recommend!

Maybe one of the worst web system, if not, the worst I've ever seen. Back that up with customer service that was just as poor and they gave me a good reason to leave. They fully acknowledged in writing that they had a problem that was being corrected yet after months, it hasn't been. Regardless, they took NO responsibility for their system problems and the cause for me leaving.

Probably the worst bank for corporate customers with promises unfulfilled.First claims to do large amounts of acquisition financing, then when they get the clients name, they somehow "know them" and will "pass on this opportunity" without giving any explanation of their services or products that is available in the industry.
