Maybe one of the worst web system, if not, the worst I've ever seen. Back that up with customer service that was just as poor and they gave me a good reason to leave. They fully acknowledged in writing that they had a problem that was being corrected yet after months, it hasn't been. Regardless, they took NO responsibility for their system problems and the cause for me leaving.

Probably the worst bank for corporate customers with promises unfulfilled.First claims to do large amounts of acquisition financing, then when they get the clients name, they somehow "know them" and will "pass on this opportunity" without giving any explanation of their services or products that is available in the industry.

I was ill. Knowing that, Vice Presidents Marc Heraux, Philip Fitzpatrick, and Gary Albert treated me with demands, ultimatims, and threats, even though I had made all payments with never a late fee for Four years, and even though Seacoast Bank promises love and caring!

I've been going to Seacoast once a month for the last year to make a deposit for my HOA dues. I used to visit the branch in SoDo, but after it closed I've gone to this downtown location the last couple months. I loved the SoDo location. It felt more welcoming and the staff was very friendly. Compared to that the downtown location just feels "cold" and the employees aren't as helpful. I haven't specifically had a negative experience, but I'm also not feeling the vibes that make me want to become an actual Seacoast customer.

Made it very difficult for me to pay off my auto loan early. Took 4 days of constant calls. I hope the $12 additional interest from delaying 4 days is worth the 2 star review.

I opened a checking account today in less then 20 minutes. By the time I walked out of the bank I had deposited money in my new account and been given a new debit card...Definitely worth switching to this bank for the impact it has on the environment and ease of service :)
