We were welcomed upon entering with the most sweet and genuine greeting to 5 below. We also heard every other person get greeted in the same fashion. Her customer service was impeccable all the way to checkout. She advised and assisted with bagging options and took our cart to put away when we finished purchasing items. I forgot her name, Zeila....something that started with a z. Curly short hair and glasses. Best customer service in retail in a very long time. We also work in the service industry, and understand how handling the public is and how challenging it can be. Hats off to her. Promote her

We’ve been here several times and the main form of checkout is supposed to be the self checkouts. I prefer that most days. Today we went in and there was one person upfront and only one self checkout open (out of maybe 7 or 8) and they were playing cashier at that self checkout and no allowing anyone to do it themselves. Honestly, it was slowing the process and I really didn’t feel like having someone in my bubble today. If they wanted to help people it would’ve been better for them to be checking people out at their one desk area and letting others check themselves check out.
