This is a nice clean well stocked store, my biggest problem is that the prices are getting closer to regular price. They have a very large selection of candy and there is a separate area for over $5 where you can find cell phone assesories and other large products. They also have self checkout so it speeds up the checkout experience. Overall a good experience and I keep coming back.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at 5 Below, especially during the holiday season when good service matters most. The employees closed the store early without any explanation, leaving several customers—including myself—confused and frustrated. I rushed over hoping to finish some last-minute holiday shopping, only to find the doors locked well before the posted closing time.
This was unprofessional and honestly very disheartening. I expected better communication and respect for customers’ time. I walked away heartbroken and extremely dissatisfied. I truly hope this location improves its customer service.

I bought me a broken charger from here. I personally feel like they need to inspect their products more— The same way they sweep around, fold their T-shirts, When I opened the box to the charger, it was broken— The part that you plug into your phone, the chip was broken off, as if someone opened it, broke it and put it back in. But what I don’t understand the most is how most of these places in general don’t accept refunds, especially if like the box was broken, but the product that I receive was broken—I might as well call the bank and ask for my refund 👎 The photo in the picture is not the actual photo because I threw the box away because I have to call the bank for my refund, but this is just an example of what I bought earlier. A lot of these places need to inspect their products, especially when they have inventory coming in
