This is a nice clean store, but I will agree a little understaffed. They have a good selection of products mostly because there is a 5 above section. Still, you can get good value for most items you're looking for.

Showed up 5 minutes before posted 9 pm closing on the door and rude young girl said we're closed either update your hours or close when you're supposed to. Definitely not returning to this location.

Nice place but odd to have 7 self-checkout stations with all of them closed and you need to wait for an associate to check you out at one of the self-checkout registers.

Very clean and organized store but I do not understand the point of self checkout if the employees ring up your items for your anyways and say its policy or whatever, it defeats the whole purpose and the last time I was there they didn’t do anything like that. I understand preventing theft but I can use shelf checkout by myself.

The guest service in this store is horrible. The people working are very rude and disrespectful to their customers. On this night at closing 1/22/24 the young lady moaning over the intercom and then rudely speaking in different languages as if the customers don’t understand. She kept threatening to shut down the registers 8minutes before their actual closing times. This is very uncalled for and she definitely needs to learn how to properly talk to customers. This is the worst 5 Below experience I’ve ever had and I’m a local.
