I had such a wonderful experience at Five Star Nails! Miley and Nick are both incredibly talented. Nick did an amazing job on my 3D nail flower—it turned out beautiful and so detailed. Miley was fantastic with the application and shaping of my nails; the finish was flawless and exactly how I wanted it. The entire visit was professional, friendly, and relaxing. I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back!

I went last week to do my pedicure, and I'm very disappointed and dissatisfied. I ha e been using this place for over a year, and it is time to look for another salon. I didn't get what I paid for. No, a good massage, no enough lotion on my legs. I didn't go there to paint my nails. I went there for a pedicure with a massage and hot stones massage. I didn't get that. The person put my feet to get dry and, a few seconds later, came out with the thing to pay all ready in the tip section. He didn't let me choose and keep telling me tip tip. I was forced to put that tip there when I wanted to give him cash. I didn't like that.

I have been doing my nails here since 2021. Took a break from nails in general . Came back and Miley is amazing , she has been doing my nails since 2023 and i've been doing my nails with her ever since . These are my nails from the past 4 months , the colorful one is from today 07/19/23. staff all together is super nice and sweet. Also Donny is super good for pedicures! but so are all the other ladies .

The salon seemed clean. They also seem very friendly this is the second time I had been here. I wanted a particular design on my full set. It was almost similar it was supposed to be the same design on 4 fingers and the other solid but wasn’t because communication was not completely there. Also when I did my pedicure I asked no gel so they didn’t do gel on my toes but automatically did it on my hands. I wasn’t happy. I don’t maintain my nails I would take them off in a few days to a week max but we all know up charging is a thing. I would not go back 215 for two pedicures and 2 full set with basically French that’s crazy! Also when you paint nails and then file it the polish comes off don’t you think fixing it before finalizing it? My daughter had the same design with a charm and the French looks terrible!

Chi is the BEST. Today I went in with a general idea of the color and length I wanted and she just ran with it. Trimmed my nails down to perfection and chose a color that would pop on my complexion. And the chrome always adds that razzle dazzle she knows I love. The price is always just right and my nails last at least a month if I need them to?? Always accommodating my hectic lifestyle with last minute appointments! Thank you Chi for always coming through. ?

This is the second time I've been here and they take so long to get to you. I called before I showed up and was told they could do a pedicure. When I got there and the lady saw I have sweaty hands she seemed uninterested and instead of telling me she didn't want to do my nails she just kept seeing other people. I understand things happen but I wasn't given any type of explanation on what was going on and if the people she was taking before me had appts or what. Very rude.

I went here for the first time for a deluxe pedicure and polygel nails. After 2 days my toenail polish was chipped and falling apart. Then my feet and hands started itching a few days later and I have a nail fungus, had to remove my polygel nails and go to the doctor where they diagnosed that I had a fungal nail infection! Needless to say never going back. You may not officially offer it but it was offered to me by Miley and she did it to my nails.
