Terrible experience multiple times. They don’t fill the medication as requested on time and don’t send it out as requested. This has happened more than once and then we run low on a necessary medication. Do not use the phone refill system because who knows when it will be refilled. This even happens when you call to request refills. And they just don’t care. We are forced to use this pharmacy because they compound but would avoid if you have an alternative.

They treat me with so much respect. They know me as soon as I come in. I go to the cancer specialist upstairs and this is the only place I trust to fill my medication.

I picked up 3 Rx REFILLS this morning that had half the quantity of pills. Someone at AdventHealth OP Pharmacy manually changed the qty and I didnt find out until I got home at night BEWARE check your meds!

I am a kidney transplant patient and I have been a Pharmacy customer for three years. Zulma is the pharmacy person I deal with and her assistance has been outstanding. Zulma goes out of her way to be helpful and is always pleasant to deal with. She interacts with my doctor very well which results in her very effective job performance.

What an amazing staff of Cowboys and Cowgirls (it was western day the last day I went in). They always smile and help me any way they can. I cannot thank them enough for their Assitance and care in their jobs!

There is 2 gentleman at the cashier pual and Jimmy they always make it a pleasant visit when I go the I won't go to any other pharmacy they are very kind and helpful with any issues won't go any were else for my medication thank u so much pull and Jimmy u guys always put a smile on my face when I go to your pharmacy tour truly Angel Diaz

I have had nothing but the best service from this pharmacy. Zulma has always been so caring and helpful especially with helping me find the most cost effective way to order expensive drugs and making certain that I get my prescriptions on time even when I forget to order them. I am extremely happy with the service from all of the folks at AdventHealth Pharmacy.

Hands down the only place I do or I want to get my medications from. Never have I called and not gotten the assistance or help I needed or deserved as a patient. Best customer service and people you can get your answers from. Great job being done helping the patients. Thanks!

I have been fillilng and picking up my meds at this Pharmacy for a little over 5 years. The atmosphere at the Pharmacy is warm and welcoming. The automated system is user friendly. The verbal prompts are straightforward and clear. You are given options that best meet your needs re pick-ups/deliveries of your meds. The staff is always ready and willing to listen to your concerns and answer questions. This is really reassuring especially when you are faced with health challenges. I truly value the relationship that I have developed with this institution over the years. You are number one in my book. Well done!

The pharmacy staff is always pleasant and welcoming, the way they care for the customers makes me feel so at home. They provide you with all of the information you need so you feel comfortable taking your prescription to them every time.

I can’t thank Advent Health pharmacy enough! Especially Zulma who works with the transplant team. I make a lot of calls to her and she has consistently made me feel like I was the only she’s taking care of! Dealing with my husband and his medical conditions is challenging enough, aside the prescriptions he is on. She is so patient, informative and caring for each and every call we’re on. I’m thankful and appreciative! Please know that everyone I’ve ever had conversation with go above and beyond. We are blessed!

The staff and personnel at Advent Health Outpatient are simply the best!! I have nothing but great things to say about everyone there. They are all very helpful and courteous every time that I have any questions or concerns regarding my prescriptions. Over the past couple of years, I mainly work with "Zuma" and she's the best! I always get my medications on time, and I'm always informed when it's shipped out and when I will receive them. She truly does go above and beyond to make sure that all my medications are filled and up to date. I truly appreciate all that she does for me and consider her like family!

This pharmacy is the best! My father has recently had a heart transplant and his prescriptions change often and in short notice, with this being said the entire team there is fantastic. Kayla, the manager, is amazing and does a great job with everyone. I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone!
