Our family rented a 15 seater van from Florida Van rentals for a Disney vacation and the service went rather smoothly. The staff were friendly and helpful and we had no delays with the pickup and drop-off process. No waiting in lines. They gave clear and proactive instructions and responded via text message very quickly when needed. Vehicle was in great condition and everything worked as expected.

We rented a wheelchair accessible van for the first time and it could not have been easier! Pick up location was via a shuttle, van was ready even though we were delayed. The van had Sun Pass already on it to go on toll roads, no nickel and diming. I would 100% recommend them and will rent again when in Orlando

It was an easy pick up from the airport and we were able to go with our family to cocoa beach and have a wonderful beach vacation. We will see you guys on our next trip. Thank you.

I was so excited to be able to rent exactly what we needed. Communication was mostly digital which confused my elderly mother who was actually renting it for me to transport her. We read contract so far in advance that I forgot some details and was only met with kindness and patience when I called asking questions that had already been covered. Thank you for making our visit to South Florida and transportation to and from The cruise so easy and effortless. Many clear instructions were included in the car and Communication was promptly replied to. Definitely recommend to other travelers

I rented a 12 passenger van for a family trip in Florida and had an awesome experience. I will definitely rent from here again. Michael at the Orlando office is very helpful, and he was available on call anytime I had any questions. Michael also helped us when our plans got affected by the inclement weather. I 100% recommend this place.

Myself and my family rented a 10 passenger van from Florida van rentals in Orlando.. Amazing van. Clean and new. The employees were extremely helpful with everything I needed to know. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

I want to thank Michael Goldberg for an amazing experience and great conversation as we rented the wheelchair van. My father had a stroke almost 7yrs ago and he only goes to hospital appointments and physical therapy but last night? Thanks to Michael, I was able to take him to Amway arena to see a group he created and wrote their first 3-4 albums by the name of New Kids On The Block. That was their first time all together in years and it was a beautiful moment as we sat in the back and reminisced on old times. It was great and their performance was as always. Again, thank you Michael and thank you Stephanie for your assistance! Great place and great experience!

This company is a rip off they have charge me for fuel when I returned the van with a full tank, the sunpass already has a balance on it plus the drop off point was different from what was agreed on. And that was an addition cost that I had to pay. when I called to correct the situation Of course I had to speak with someone who does not exist. If you do not live in Orlando where you can see these SOB in person DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE... And the pictures you see on the Internet is not the vehicle you will get Word to the wise...

This is by far the worst rental company I've ever dealt with. A warning to anyone that needs accessible service. This was my experience with Florida Van Rentals. 1. AAA discount- didn't get it 2. Renting a specific van to accommodate the disabled passenger in need- you'll get what they give you, you'll even be ignored when you bring the mistake to the attention of the company. It's not that I rented a Tesla and got a Vibe that caused alarm. A specific van was reserved to meet the need of the disabled passenger, more of a medical necessity for supervision/ wheelchair accessible need during transportation. This is a company that serves those in need, right? At least that's what I was told on my BBB reply from their company spokesperson. 3. If you need an Accessible airport shuttle service from a company that only rents accessible vans be prepared to have a plan B. At least that's NOT what you'll be told when calling. CAUTION: FVR will hype up their service for those in need upon inquiry, but after rental is paid for, you are on your own... they'll also tell you there is an accessible shuttle, or a "courtesy shuttle", although there is a charge on your itemized bill for the airport. Honesty is free, isn't it?? So much for courtesy, ehh?? It gets better... when the accessible shuttle isn't available, you'll be expected to either carry on your disabled family member into the shuttle, or prepare for a whole lot of back and forth. Wait for a shuttle, be driven to get the rental on the shuttle, drive back to the airport, and finally begin you vacation. Hold on a second... fingers crossed its the van you thought you rented and paid for. In our nightmare rental, the van was NOT what we reserved (this company also reserves the right to do what they want, you get what you get, after all they are doing you a favor, but you'll pay the price with a sprinkle of a lot of excuses, or just be ignored). 3. The website also mentions delivery. Are they talking about delivery of a vehicle or bad service? Going above and beyond for the customer, Blah blah blah. I emailed the billing department who processed my rental to disclose not getting an accessible shuttle, having to carry my disabled daughter onto the shuttle because the accessible one didn't show up, not getting the van i reserved, also mentioned incidentals about the van, after all that was happening, I could see being charged for the noticeable damage, broken door, and broken turn signal. I was told they sent that email to customer service. In the email I asked for the rental that my family member required to be delivered to our rental home, along with concerns of the back end of the van shaking; was it a tire, or back end alignment? No response- crickets..... The van must not have been service after the last customer, or the broken turn signal would have been noticed. More false advertising for delivery and fixing mistakes... This rental was not for the need of those able bodied that rode in the van, it was for the disabled person who requires an accessible vehicle for safe transportation. I rented this vehicle in good faith for my adult daughter that has unique medical needs and relies on a wheelchair for mobility. Two days before we left, I began inquiring about the airport shuttle, would it be available? I was told, yes, that information was false! There was no shuttle to the airport. I was offered a 10% discount on another rental for future from they company spokesperson. Not an appropriate remedy for what was lacking. I requested a full refund on my daughters behalf for rental failure. These errors, lack of integrity and blatant disregard is mirrored behavior from whomever owns this company, the excuses and lack of follow through are 100% proof. Consistently FVR has proven they have zero respect for those they serve, no integrity to provide what is written on their website, and the employees follow suit with false information provided to customers. Rent at your own risk
