I was after a very specific colour and size of Jordan’s which they didn’t have in stock but were able to order in for me. No other stores had what I wanted or were able to source them so was really pleased when Footlocker said they could get them in for me. Took around five days to arrive. My son was super pleased!… friendly staff, would recommend.

Worst customer service ever. Through my children's food away while we were trying on shoes then lied and said they had to move it so someone else could sit down but the store is empty. Honesty goes a long way.

Horrible employees. Buy for over 200 dollars, get not even a hello at the cashier. I was just air.... decided to make a comment that things dont work like this. Got a thumbs up with the words buy....moving his hand to the door. Unbelievable this Z generation. It where shoes for my daughter so didnt wanted to dissapoint her. If it was for myself i would let it at the counter. Principal matters.

Foot Locker offers great service with friendly and knowledgeable staff. However, they have limited size options available. The store is impressively clean and organized, making it easy to shop. Overall, a positive experience for sneaker and sports apparel shoppers.

Carefree employees! Zero smiles, few words, they couldn't care less. The attendant silently put my shoes by the register and left to go lean back on a wall. After waiting forever to get rung up, I just left and bought my shoes elsewhere.
