They took away the plus size option for this Forever21 now the only forever 21 with plus size in Orlando is Altamonte springs mall. That was such a bad decision. I won’t be spending my money there again. Also they only had 2 people on the floor working, the line was very long, with one cashier. The fitting room was a mess no attendant. When they moved to the smaller location this store went from a 10/10 to a 0 /10. Waste of time do not recommend.

This is the account I review buisiness I have visited with my service dog in training, Barbie. No access issues, some cute jewelry. Maybe it’s me getting older or I have aged out of forever 21 BUT it’s less cute than it used to be but this is a great and fine location to shop.

If I could leave 0 starts I would . I was doing a return and one of the girls at the register made a rude comment about me. No good customer service , they don’t even ask you how your day is going . Never going to this location again

Store is unorganized and leadership is incapable of hiring as they constantly are reposting the same positions over and over again, yet don’t follow up with candidates they have already interviewed. No wonder the store is constantly a mess and customers are always walking around trying to find someone to help them. Stay away from this place

I purchased clothes for my daughter yesterday. While looking at the receipt I noticed I was charged for the most expensive item twice. I called them and all they asked was if I can come back to the store. I hope I don’t have an issue when I finally am able to return with the receipt. Beware if you shop her and check your receipts.

I have been calling for over a week to see if my package has arrived and no one picks up the phone. I called Warren five times a day at different time. They can’t be that busy that no one can answer the phone. Poor customer service.

Very rude place if you mask falls down while you are trying sunglass they come around and scull you to put it back up. Understand is a store policy but there is a polite way to ask. We will never come back to this store. We left went across the way and spent $658 at Zara and $238 at H&M.

We went to Florida Mall to shop in the plus size department in Forever 21, being that Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets Forever 21 did not carry plus sizes anymore. My daughter and I was only able to shop 20 minutes due to the fact that we were told that we had to leave the top floor where the plus size department was because the employees had to inventory that section of the store. The only reason we drove an hour and 25 mintues to only get to shop for 20 mintues?! They shut down a whole department at the busiest time of the day to do inventory. Poor management and very poor decision making!
