This store is useless if you order online they sell your products to their relatives or they take them themselves and you cancel the already processed order and I know because I have family working there their service and solutions do not work and then you just have to wait 1 week for your money or your product make the order again if you have your money back

I recently had a refund that needed to be processed. I was told i wasnt able to receive the full refund back onto the card and can only do half refund and half store credit due to a previous refund + purchase within the same transaction. I was not aware that my previous “exchange” would affect my future purchases if i needed to refund it. I did not give the employee any push back, i just went with it but i find it very inconvenient that the employee who processed the previous transaction prevented me from being able to receive a full refund in the future due to how she processed it. I just dont understand how this could be my problem when i was not the one who processed the transaction that way, the employee did. I accepted the store credit because sometimes i do shop at F21, its not often i do refunds but its still an inconvenience to me considering the facts i stated. now i know that i would have to ask the employees to process my purchases and refunds in separate transactions in case i need to refund again in the future which shouldnt be my job to do so.

my mom asked the cashier where the men’s section was and he was so annoyed and aggressively pointed over towards it with his little scanner😭😭YOU AREN’T REGINA GEORGE !!!!!

I recieved amazing customer service from the gentleman at the customer service counter tonight. I’m so distraught that I don’t remember his name but it starts with a “E” and he has a thick spanish dialect/ accent. One of my items was missing a charm and he went above and beyond to repair the missing charm without me even asking, thank you so much for making my shopping experience a good one.

The manager of the store created such a negative experience that I will not be returning to this location. After 20 years of shopping here, I’ve seen customer service hit an all-time low. I remember when they first opened at this mall—the energy was amazing, but now it’s quite the opposite.

Had a very good shopping experience when picking up my online order. Originally some items got cancelled because they were suddenly unavailable online at time of scheduled pickup but Luisa quickly located the items in the size I needed in store and offered a good deal since I had to return a second time. Luisa went above and beyond to fix an online glitch that another team member could not resolve. Great customer service ??
