Had a very good shopping experience when picking up my online order. Originally some items got cancelled because they were suddenly unavailable online at time of scheduled pickup but Luisa quickly located the items in the size I needed in store and offered a good deal since I had to return a second time. Luisa went above and beyond to fix an online glitch that another team member could not resolve. Great customer service ??

I'd give it zero stars if that was an option. My friend wanted to return an item she bought less than a month ago but because she didn't have the receipt they wouldn't. Not even a store credit, which is what she originally asked for. They said it's a new policy. It's honestly the worst policy ever. My friend is closing out her account with them as well.

I had a very disappointing experience. I bought online to pick up at the store to save time. First of all, one of the items were sold out and I was just informed 2 days after the purchase. When I got at the right place to pick up half of my order with my barcode, nobody was there at the pick up spot. All the other cashiers kept looking at me, but attending only the other customers on the regular line. One by one. After more than 20 minutes waiting I asked for a cashier if there was somebody to help me and she asked me to get into the regular line. WHAT??? AFTER 20 MINUTES??? Well... because of the amateur and lazy staff, I had to go to (the end of) the line and nobody were finding my order when it was my turn, after a lot more minutes. Not in the system, nor at the store. One more expert attendant had to jump in and try to find it with no success. She told me that it could be canceled. That was not an option, as of I was going to my niece's birthday and that was what she wanted as a gift! Actually, half of. A third attendant was requested to help too and they finally could find my order, that was in one of the cabinets and until I leave the store, the girls still were not able to find my order on the system, but I could not wait anymore. It's true that I had a very bad experience and spent more than 1 hour to get my niece's gift. I am sorry but I will never buy again at Forever 21 and if it wouldn't let my niece so sad, I would definitely return the item and get my money back.

Rudest staff and customer service was just terrible. Asked the cashier to hold an item and they put it back on the racK and then lied and had us waiting there. DONT SHOP HERE

Never leave reviews but if you can go to another F21 just do it. The customer service is terrible, the cash I dealt with had very bad attitude and accused me of returning a damaged dress, when I told her and the manager, I was in a rush and was only able to try the dress on at home. She gave me such a hard time, and I felt like I had to defend myself to get my money back, when the product purchased was damaged to begin with. It's my fault I didn't notice the minor damages, but it is extremely wrong to accuse me of damaging it when the tags are completely brand new and are still on - so ridiculous. It was such an embarrassing, and disappointing experience. I was on my vacation too!

If I could rate it a zero I would. My girlfriend was told to “give up they don’t carry plus sizes here” by another customer. When she said something to the staff, rather than, at the very minimum, apologizing for the rudeness, she was told “she’s right though, you should go to torrid” (the plus sized store in the mall).This treatment is absolutely disgusting and the company should be ashamed to allow such an individual to work for them!

I am outraged at how the staff treated my African American sons in the Forever21 store in the Millenia Mall. They turned what would be a fantastic experience for my 13-year-old into something traumatic that he would never forget.My son was preparing for Grad Bash, a once-in-a-lifetime event that occurred before being promoted to High School.So, I thought that it would be a great idea to have his older brother take him shopping (instead of me). Only to have one of the female employees follow him around the store and harass him.She followed him into the dressing room while the eldest son stood outside the door; upon exiting, she was in the dressing room (which is her job). First, however, she questioned the older son about how many objects he took to the dressing room.He advised her that his baby brother had one pair of pants and asked whether anything was wrong. The employee didn't respond but rolled her eyes and walked away.Therefore, after my baby came out of the dressing room with the pants in tow, she asked him can she check his bag.My older son replied for what? Are you trying to say that we are stealing? She said because I asked to check his bag and I can ask that.My son then told the younger, who was confused at why the woman was asking the question, you don't have to allow her to talk to or treat you that way, and we are leaving.She snatched the pants out of his and threatened to call the police. They left and called me, which prompted the call.I spoke to Jose, apologetic, and advised him to handle the situation.Finally, I contacted the call center and spoke with Fernanda from Customer Care, and she was condescending and offered minimal assistance. She also denied my request for a manager was rejected.SIGNEDAngry African American MOM. All children don't steal. Some of us are hardworking individuals who work hard for what we have and will not tolerate racial discrimination, harassment, or profiling from anyone or organization. Just Disguising behavior. SHAME ON YOU!!!!I gave you one star because it wouldn't allow me to post without it

Inconsistent clothing -- some shrink incredibly, some not at all despite care instructions. Buyer beware. They do not accept returns of defective clothing.

The store staff was generally helpful, but the manager was very rude. A very nice worker helped to try and find me another dress that was the same as the current one I had when I pointed out my current one had a large stain. It was the most expensive dress out of the other two items I had as well. When she discovered it was the only dress left in the store, she told me to ask for a discount at the register. When I went up to the register and asked for a discount, the manager informed me I could only get a 10% discount off a $30 dress for a very large stain. When I pointed out that a $3 discount was not a comparable price for how damaged the dress was, the manager said he would not budge. As someone that worked in retail, this made absolutely no sense and I refused to buy the product. Thankfully, I found it on their website for $12 (less than half the price I was going to buy it for) so it all worked out. But the manager in question (I didn’t catch his name. He was a Hispanic male with short, dark hair) was unhelpful, rude, dismissive and overall very unprofessional. The store not only didn’t make the sale on a damaged item that they most likely won’t be able to sell, but I also won’t be returning.

Just left the store without any purchase due to bad customer service. The girl behind the register ignored the line while I'm the only one standing in front of her. After she got done talking to her coworker she finally decided to point out where the line starts as she asked to help other clients who just showed up. Left all the itens on the counter and headed out . Never again!

I used to love this store, but the quality of the clothes has gone down hill... and they only have regular length shirts in black, white and grey. All else is cropped.
