The lake Buena Vista store with Derek and Jean Carlos , They are excellent young men that really helped me out during my time of searching for watches. They did a great job and engraving. They had great personalities give them a raise.

Yadira the store manager was extremely helpful with an ongoing problem I have had with the Fossil Group. Fossils needs more employees like Yadira. She went over and above to resolve my issues which originated in New Orleans when Hurricane Ida impacted the Nee Orleans store.

I just got a fossil watch and it was sized too small, received as a gift but assumed I could get it resized, boy was I wrong. I drove around town from watch stores to Fossil stores as I am local I knew where to go for extra links for the band. Mrs. Holly and Mrs.Beverly were so paitnet with me and found links for my watch, I even bought another watch for my lady from this store because I was so happy with their service. Great Customer Service!!!
