Went to the Fossil Store at the Florida mall today to get my new fossil watch sized to my wrist better. Mercedes made the adjustment very quickly, was friendly, helpful, and made the process as easy as possibly. Will be returning for more fossil products in the future!

Excellent customer service! I was searching for a men’s messenger bag as a birthday gift for my husband. I went into numerous stores in the Florida Mall hoping to find one that suited him but came up empty. Feeling defeated, I decided to leave the mall. I saw the Fossil store and decided to check it out. I was immediately greeted by Gio and he directed me to their selection. I was unsure which one to get but Gio took his time to go over the features of the bags and even demonstrated what they looked like on. Thanks to his helpfulness, I was able to narrow down the choices and selected the best one. I am so grateful for Gio’s attentiveness and assistance. Thanks Gio! My husband loves his gift. 🤗

I made a purchase in September for a bracelet online and I went to pick it up at the store because I asked for it to be picked up at the store, when I got there the girl couldn't find my order, I showed the purchase and the payment and she still didn't give me the bracelet as expected. I was urgent to get the bracelet, I purchased it in store and tried to cancel the purchase online, I tried several ways to cancel it with Fossil and I couldn't. So the chat assistant told me to leave the product in the store and if I didn't pick it up within 7 days the purchase would be automatically cancelled. So on the day that the purchase was supposed to be canceled I received an email saying that I had picked up the bracelet in the store, I called the store and said that I hadn't picked up anything and they told me that they would refund it, which was a mistake. , which someone had accidentally placed and I removed it but I didn't remove it. It has been 4 months and they have never returned the amount. It was very dishonest, I paid twice for a single product and I never received good service, nor anyone with honesty and willingness to solve my problem, neither on the online website nor in the store. I felt robbed. I will NEVER buy anything from Fóssil AGAIN. I don't recommend it, don't buy from this store, they are not honest.

This Fossil location in Florida Mall had outstanding Customer Service. The gentleman that was working the day we went help us with adjustments for our new watches we bought and it's always free of charge when you purchase the watch from Fossil. We will always be a customer here just because we love this kind of first class treatment whenever shopping. Most branches are great, but we prefer it at Florida Mall.

Buyer BEWARE! The staff is nice enough but they have a gimmick. When you attempt to return an item, they claim they cannot take the return unless you have the card it was purchased with. Absolutely asinine! I have the receipt and the item in its original packaging and condition. The individual that bought it as a gift is now back in their hometown WITH THEIR credit/debit card. It’s a bonafide gimmick and The Florida Mall vendors are known for their gimmicks!
