This is the worst service I've been able to leave my car at in my life, I took my truck to the service 3 times and they never fixed it, and 2 times they didn't find any car linked to my name. In short, I never recommend leaving your car at this company!!!

Fountain Buick is probably the worst car dealership in Orlando. One of their service advisors , Christy , has a rotten attitude towards customers. She should have been fired years ago,I called the Fountain GM to complain about her and their service department in general. He was clueless and acted like he did not care. He should be fired too.No wonder there were no customers in the showroom the day I was there. Who would want to buy a car from these jerks.My advice is stay away and spend your money somewhere else.

A friend and I drove down to Orlando from Chicago on a girl's trip week. About an hour from Disney, her Encore flashed a warning "engine power is reduced." We had no idea what to do. When she called the service department, Christie was so kind and patient with us out-of-towners. She kept in contact and the car was fixed in a few days. She also provided us a Lyft to and from the hotel for free. Highly recommend the service department here!

*Copying my review from their email requesting feedback of our appointment* It even asked to post this to Google upon submitting it to them and it conveniently 'was not working.'My family booked two appointments at Fountain Buick GMC for our vehicles (Buick Enclave & GMC Acadia) for Thursday afternoon, June 16th 2023. Each one was to receive an oil change and have the wiper blades (both front and back) replaced.We arrived about 10 minutes prior to our first appointment, and waited in the service line to have both our vehicles checked in. With us, were our two small children (ages 5 and 2) as it is now summer and school is out. We figured between having our appointments booked ahead of time and simple, routine tasks to complete that our wait time should be fairly minimal. We were wrong. After being there for OVER TWO HOURS, we were baffled by how long this was taking. What was the point to booking appointments? We asked what was going on and were told they were almost done, that they did not have the back window wiper blade for our Acadia, and that both vehicles would receive a free wash. After another half hour, we asked if the vehicles were ready, and they said the work was done but they were in line to be washed. We were informed that the wash was not automatic and that they only had two people manually cleaning each vehicle. After another 15 minutes we asked to just get our vehicles to go as the kids were antsy and hungry, and my wife and I just completely exhausted. They told us yes, but it took them another 15 minutes just to FIND THE KEYS for our vehicles...We purchased our Buick Enclave from this dealership a few years back and spoke highly of them afterward, referring family and friends. However, it takes us an hour to just get here, and after driving for an hour, waiting for three hours, and driving an hour+ back home (over 5 hours in total) for an oil change and wiper blades was absolutely insane and we will not be recommending them moving forward. There was no empathy or apology from the staff for how long this was taking (other than one saying "Yea, I get it."), nor even an attempt at offering a discount to a recurring customer whom has referred others to them. I do not understand how a dealership can treat people this way and have this poor of service on a weekday afternoon...

Never kept me updated kept adding supplements after my insurance paid the payments my tail light went out the same day of pick up don't go here unless it's your last option

Absolutely horrible imo. I received a letter from GM saying the chips for my backup assistant was in. I called these idiots for an appointment to have it installed. I arrived for the 11:30 appointment where my car sat for 30 minutes with no movement. I asked the advisor if it was going to be serviced. Then they moved it somewhere other the service bays. After a 2 hour wait. The brought the car back and said it was finished. This was a flat out lie. They had done nothing. The paper work stated parts we're not available and had no idea when they would be available. I will never spend a penny in this shit hole. Please be warned and avoid this place at all cost

If you want to wait MORE THAN 3 HOURS for a scheduled oil change, Fountain is your shop.If you want to return THREE TIMES for warranty service on the same issue in less than a month and not get it resolved, not get an explanation, not get a copy of the repair order, then this is the place to go. Fountain cares about taking your money. However, they DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOU OR YOUR CAR. New car, Used car, it doesn't matter. Because you don't matter. Call, complain in person. Who cares. Not Fountain. Do yourself, your car, and the people you care about a favor, and DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH FOUNTAIN BUICK GMC. Next stop: GM Customer Service and the Florida BBB.

Go to any other dealership for service. This shop misdiagnosed a simple fix and wanted over $2k to fix a $40 part.

What a JOKE service department is a absolute disgrace to GM! Took my 2020 GMC Denali truck 3.0 Diesel to them to diagnose the noise coming from the engine my truck sat for a month with almost nothing being done, my service writer NEVER answers the phone, and I was notified through text message to come pick up my truck and take it to another capable dealership because there was nothing they could do because they don't have ant diesel techs there! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! So do yourself a favor and dont waste your time or money!

This place is worse than The Buick GMC on colonial, unresponsive and super hard to get a hold of when your car is in there possession! Had to resort to calling police to get my bill back to the same price they originally quoted me, said they "messed up the numbers" once the police were called. Who charges an extra 200$ and won't go down until police are called knowing they are dead wrong? Save your time & money because they will rip you off the first chance they get. Avoid the giant Caucasian lady who swears she's a manager, likes to be rude and disrespectful to older retired people, won't listen unless cops are called, some real Caucasian behavior. Will not be back.

Took my car here for a collision repair. Not only did they try “finding” additional things to repair upon initial review. They sent me home without fully reviewing the repairs. Additionally stated that they would call when an “outstanding and necessary” item for my window frame would be in. Weeks later still no call. Then even a couple weeks after that, because they clearly didn’t check the repairs, a part fell off.Terrible. Terrible. Terrible. Will never come here again.
