I absolutely love getting my nails done here! The place is cozy, welcoming, and always spotless. What I appreciate the most is how well Abby understands exactly what I want every single time. Her attention to detail, creativity, and patience are unmatched. I always leave feeling more than satisfied with her work. My husband booked an appt here for me as an early Mother’s Day gift. I had never been here before he said he booked solely based on reviews.
I unfortunately had a very uncomfortable experience with “Van”. I was cut multiple times while getting a pedicure, two cuts on one big toe and another cut on my other big toe. Every time I was cut I was bleeding and Van would try to clean the blood with her brush which I told her not to do (unsanitary) she then started using the towel to clean any blood. There was nothing relaxing about it - she was very rough. I asked for a simple gel French tip, also showed a photo of what I wanted which Van was also unable to do correctly. She seemed bothered whenever I asked her to correct something I didn’t like - example I asked for a thin French tip and she left a thick French tip on my toes and said she would fix it and kept filing my toe nails down to make it “thinner” then blamed it on my nails saying it’s because some of my nails were too short. The French tip on some toes was left very uneven. I also asked for a different shade of pink, she told me they only had two colors for that and proceeded to use a nude color and said it would get darker.
I met the owner Abby who took over my manicure.
I expressed my experience with Van - I told her she cut me multiple times, I didn’t like the shade she picked (hence Van had started my manicure and was doing the same thing), that she left the French tip very thick and also showed her my toes prior to paying along with the photo I showed Van in the beginning. Abby was nice and did a great job on my gel manicure French tip, however her response to my pedicure experience was just to ask for her next time.

I have been coming to the Fountains for over two years. I was first serviced by Lily who was amazing and now my new nail tech is Abby. Her nail retention is superb. I had a set for almost two months, no lifting whatsoever. Great customer service and always willing to give a positive insight on what she thinks is best for each customers skin tone.

If I could give zero stars I would. I have been coming here for years, Lilly was my nail tech and has previously left. Upon her leaving I met Abby. Sweet person but the work is not Lilly’s. I have been wearing nails for over 7 years. When Abby did my nails they started lifting a few days later, I went back and she fixed them, I was scheduled for a fill and before I could make it my nail came off effortlessly in the shower and I saw I had a fungus. I noticed the black in my nail before it popped off… I quickly went to the nearest nail salon and had all nails removed and had 4 nails like the one pictured. Be careful going here…. I went for years and unfortunately will not be going back.

Very disappointed with the service and the attitude. I did acrylic nails that started peeling off and breaking the next day . When I requested to fix them before my trip after 3 days from the initial placement. The technician and the manager had an attitude about it. I requested either to fix them or to give me money back to fix them somewhere else. They accepted to fix them after coming back with an ATTITUDE that was unbelievable. I do not recommend this place at all!!!! No wonder why they were empty !!!!!

Oh my goodness how I love this place and have been going back for months now.
Abby is a master at her art. I came here one day with a girlfriend to treat our selves and left with a very lovely fresh set. Now I find my self coming back and it’s become a thing when usually I get my nails done once maybe twice a few months. It’s the quality of the nails she gives me that makes me come back!

Amazing job!!! The service was fast and everyone was super sweet and friendly!!! They payed so much attention to detail, and put in a lot of effort. I will come back every 2 weeks.
