When I thought I found a great honest bike shop!!!! Beware of this place , 45$ to fix air in brake line, no problem ,ten miles later hydraulic fluid leaking out of brake calipers, took it back and he said sure I’ll fix it another 45$ ,Didn’t fix it right the first time!!! I said I don’t want anything free, just want it fixed, not willing to meet me half way on his terrible job of not tightening the hydraulic line correctly!!!! Yes it’s 45 more!!! He says ??

Seeing the fantastic reviews, I went in on Saturday hoping to get some advice on the handlebar of my bike. Fred not only adjusted the handlebar, but also put air in my tires and fastened the seat, and all he asked for was for me to do something nice for another person that day. Fred and Tim are the kindest gentlemen you'll meet, in addition to their expertise. Highly recommend this 31-year old local bike shop!

I took my vintage Peugeot racing bike that had been sitting in my grandfather’s garage for 2 decades to them for service they exceeded my expectations the bike rides better than my newer bike now the prices were more than fare. They have my business forever I’m currently searching for another vintage bike and it will be going write to them for repair awesome people awesome Job well done awesome company.

Fred repaired a flat on my Lectric electric bike. Tire went flat the next day and Fred made it right for me. He even replaced the tire with a new Lectric tire. He was very patient with me and honored my requests without question. Won my trust for future business from now on.

I went there last week to fix a flat tire on my mountain bike, and make some inquires about my bike given that I hadn't ridden a bone in over 20yrs. The customer service was above and beyond excellent. Even after my fix, another problem occurred right when I left, and they fixed it in the house. I definitely left grateful for their insight, personable service, and now will be my go to for all my bike needs.

I called a couple bike shops before I got in touch with the guys at full circle cycle and I can tell you first hand they are the best in the business. They are so incredibly kind and care about each customer that walks in the door. I drove 40 min each way with two young kiddos in the car and it was so worth it! I couldn’t have been happier with my experience at Full Circle Cycle. I will forever buy my girls bikes from here and look forward to recommending them to anyone I can. Thank you for being so helpful to me and my family!

On our second day at Universal Studios my mobility device- called an Alinker suffered a flat tire. As this is a speciality device and a unique sized tire I was worried.We visited Full Circle Tire where Fred greeted us and immediately had a solution - even a brand new tube for my tiny tire (8”).His staff member worked diligently while we chatted with Fred about his next visit to Canada.From the time we walked in the door to leaving with an expertly repaired Alinker was maximum 20 minutes.This bike shop is next level! The friendly service, the speed of the repair and how well priced an emergency visit was filled me with joy. I can now enjoy my vacation with my mobility device.Without my Alinker I would not be able to keep up with family and friends and would need to sit out most days.I would recommend this Bike Shop 100%.Also, as a double gold medalist in cycling- they had a great selection of Specialized bikes. I had to resist! I just bought a new bike but I was VERY tempted.Thank you Fred.Cheers,Alaina

If anyone is wanting to find a job fixing, selling, and repairing bikes this place is a waste of time. I went into this place, they were in dire need of work. I go in and I get they said I got job, and mind you, this whole process took around 2 weeks of my time. They eventually told me to come in to discuss some things, mind you this place is 30 minutes away from my house. I came in and for them just to say that I didn't get the job in reality because they found somebody more experienced than me. don't even consider working here, I don't even care how experienced you are, this is disrespectful and a place I wouldn't expect to keep you long term, they might just find someone "more experienced than you".

Amazing shop! Fred was so kind and helped me with my 5ft giraffe unicycle! He practically took it apart and put it together, tightening everything and making it safe to ride. My payment was to do something nice for someone else that day. Great guy and shop!
