The hotel itself has a nice vibe and is very convenient. The outdoor spaces are beautiful. But the staff is not at all helpful, and does not appreciate being asked questions. Big disappointment, stay somewhere else.

Amazing!!! The customer service, the rooms, the hospitality, and especially the hotel service desk were beyond great! Special shout out to Nicaldo for being the best specialist ever!! We loved our stay!
