This GameStop is a Cut Above the Rest!
I've been to my fair share of GameStops, but this location is hands-down the best in the area. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with a genuine smile and a willingness to help. It's clear that the staff here truly cares about their customers and their passion for gaming shines through.
What truly sets this GameStop apart is its incredible team. They are consistently polite, informative, and helpful. Whether you're a seasoned gamer looking for the latest release or a newbie trying to navigate the world of consoles, they take the time to answer your questions thoroughly and offer valuable recommendations. They are also knowledgeable on their TCG products such as Pokemon! They don't just push sales; they genuinely want you to have the best possible experience.
A special shoutout needs to go to the manager, Pedro. His leadership clearly fosters a positive and knowledgeable environment. They're always on the floor, engaging with customers and ensuring everyone is taken care of. I've seen them go above and beyond on multiple occasions, whether it's tracking down a hard-to-find item or explaining complex game mechanics.
It's refreshing to visit a retail store where the staff is genuinely enthusiastic and dedicated. This GameStop has created a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for gamers of all levels. We had an absolutely amazing time at the recent GameStop Trade and Play event! The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make the experience unforgettable. Pedro, the store manager, was outstanding—he ensured everyone felt welcome, answered all our questions about products and upcoming events, and made sure the event ran smoothly.
One of the highlights was the store carrying the newest Pokémon set, Prismatic Evolutions! Pedro made sure everyone had a chance to share the product equally, creating a fair and inclusive environment for all attendees. Opening packs together during the event was such a fun and interactive experience—it felt like a true community celebration of our shared love for Pokémon.
A huge shoutout to Jan, whose expertise in Pokémon TCG was incredible! Jan patiently taught new customers and kids how to play the game through practice matches, helping to ignite excitement and confidence in everyone who participated.
This event was a perfect blend of fun, learning, and camaraderie. If you’re a fan of Pokémon or just want to join a positive and welcoming community, I can’t recommend GameStop’s events enough. Thank you to Pedro, Jan, and the entire team for making this such a memorable day!

This GameStop’s PSA submission service is absolutely seamless! From start to finish, the process was smooth and stress-free. A huge shoutout to Jan, who walked us through every step with incredible detail and care. He ensured our cards were secured professionally, which gave us so much peace of mind.
When it came time to pick up our graded cards, store manager Pedro was equally impressive. He was professional, prompt, and had everything sorted and packaged perfectly for us. The attention to detail and customer service from both Jan and Pedro were outstanding.
Highly recommend this particular GameStop location for all your PSA submission needs!

I bought a GameStop ps5 cooling system 2 weeks ago at this location , I asked about the return policy I was advise that I have until January 1 to return the item .
I just bought a ps5 and the reason I want to return the cooling station was because It didn't work on my ps5 .
So I went to the store to do the return and they told me I can't because the box was open and that I should of make a research before purchasing an item .
I am very disappointed I've been a GameStop customer for over 15 years and I can't return something that I don't need, I didn't use and it don't work .
How the heck I'm supposed to know if something works or not if I can't open the box .
They didn't even want to do store credit .
I didn't even rip the box or nothing, everything was wrap on it original packaging... Never coming back to GameStop .

I love gamestop it is awesome and cool to see alot of games they have on every consoles you purchase for your games I wish that if they have a playstation 2 console with the controllers and the memory cards that I get them all and I play again my ratchet and clank games my simpsons hit and fun game the polar express and burnout revenge god I wish that I played them all again.

Jan the Man!
He hooked me up with the Nintendo 3Dsi and helping me find a game that was lost in the process. He was so patient and personable with me and I really appreciate how much he went out of his way to help me out! Pokemon has a special nostalgic place in my heart and I’m grateful he went all out to make sure I relived that experience. He deserves a raise!!! If I could give him 6 stars I would!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Pokémon Trade Event at GameStop!
We recently attended a Pokémon trading event at GameStop, and it was an absolute blast! We had a fantastic time trading cards with fellow collectors and learning more about the Pokémon Trading Card Game. The store was well-stocked with a great variety of Pokémon products, from booster packs to exclusive collectibles.
A special shoutout to the store manager, Pedro, who was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. He made sure everyone felt welcome and helped us navigate the event smoothly. If you’re into Pokémon, this GameStop location is definitely worth checking out. We’ll definitely be back for future events!

Had the most EPIC experience at this particular GameStop! 🙌✨We had Master Chief (Isaiah) guide us into trading in our games for the best value and letting us know about this week’s deals etc! Top notch customer service! The staff here are incredibly friendly, always greet us when we come in, and are very attentive and knowledgeable. Can’t wait to see you next time, Master Chief! 🫡🫡🫡
